Pho Bat is the best food in Colorado! We have tried three relocations now and we always leave thinking about our next meal. Everything on their menus is authentic and very flavorful. Definitely try, you will not be disappointed!

Wow, just wow. Incredible broth. You do taste a slice sweetness of maybe cinnamon but it makes the broth heavenly, if it's not your preference throw some jalapeños and lime into it. It'll be perfect. I chopped some basil with my hands to add some herbs. The soup was so comforting. A small size is perfection , I loved the chicken and meatballs. Id skip the marinated steak next time. Wow, top 2 meals here while visiting Vail. Comforting and affordable. I'm salivating while thinking about that bowl. Good for the soul!! P.S. Yes, they had bean sprouts.

It's decent place dor a long day ski or other sport. Broth is not really authentic. Food is fresh and also tasty. Service is a little slow and careless for my time there. Also some of the servers doesn't know English very well so you need to show them what you need. I have to ask for 3 times for my togo chopsticks. Ambiance was nice and look like a sport bar. Overall the food is good but not really vietnamese to me.

Good price for the area. Service was fairly prompt. Atmosphere was good, seemed like a nice place to drink. Pho was a good size. As a Houstonian, the amount of meat given was a bit lacking but seemed reasonable for the area. Broth was a bit weak but the addition of nuoc beo (fatty broth) made it tasty. The noodles themselves were probably some of the best I've had.

Shrimp pho, small size. So good!!!

It sure has been tough to locate a good bowl of Pho in this valley. I was super impressed with the light, flavorful broth of my shrimp Pho today for lunch. The traditional accompaniments of jalapeño, Thai basil, lime, and bean sprouts. I also ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls with peanut sauce. Also delicious but I added hoisin and salt to the sauce. Something was missing and this really amped up the flavor of the dip. Service was stellar, kind and happy servers and bartenders. I sat at the bar and am looking forward to my return. I will say the bar is a little sticky. Not sure if it a varnish problem as the establishment is clean. All in all a great meal.

Medium pho, highly recommend. I put siracha in mine

Was out in vail hitting the slopes then came here after a beautiful day on the mountains, linked up with the rest of the group & pulled up to phobay I can't front at 1st I didn't really want to go (wasn't in the mood for Vietnamese food) but that all changed once the food came lol The place nice somewhat empty dark with a warm moody vibe, clean tooI loved it ! The wait staff was nice & friendly we came with a big party so they helped us merge 2 tables. The food came out it was amazing ! I ordered the short rib meal & a Thai iced tea w/ tapioca (I should have left that out though made it hard to drink the tea) but w.e. p.s. Serving sizes were good you could share if you're not a big eater. We tore our food apart! Like on some cavemen shit Lmaoo idk why but for some reason I wasn't expecting it to be so good but I cleaned my plate idk what sauce they served with it but it was so good & the rib was cooked perfectly very savory. Overall the meal was amazing I just fucked up on my Thai tea thats my bad though. Definitely Recommend !

We needed a break from the expensive high class dining of Beaver Creek and wanted something a little more casual. It was freezing out so pho sounded like the best option to warm up! We are pho lovers back at home and hoped Pho Bay would live up to our expectations. It was DELICIOUS! They have an extensive menu and the first menu I've seen where you can mix meats in your broth. They also have a beef and vegetarian broth option. I opted for the vegetarian since the beef wasn't gluten free, but my husband really enjoyed the beef. The waitresses were knowledgable about GF options since the menu wasn't marked and I really appreciated that. I also really loved that you could see the size of the bowls since pho has 3 size options! My ONLY complaint about the restaurant is that the staff seem a little unorganized. There were times where all of the staff was doing one single task together and help was needed elsewhere. We waited a bit for our check as all of the waitresses were working together to clear one table.

Was in keystone and stopped by for some pho. Their largest size is ginormous and absolutely worth the money. They also had boba!

I enjoyed dinner and even when they served the wrong plates to our table the change out was seamless and painless and our plates were brought to us quickly. The food was yummy, and the place was clean. It was a great dinner.

Shrimp spring roll full of noodles

We waited about 10 minutes for a table, they are understaffed many tables had not been cleared and cleaned. The restaurant has great curb appeal, the sever was very nice. We got the beef filet pho up-charged $4.50 for the filet but it tasted like well done beef jerky it was not filet. The soup was full of MSG couldn't eat it mouth and tongue tingling. The spring rolls were full of rice noodles, not basil, lettuce or onions. The menu had chicken wings, seaweed salad, french fries, sweet potato fries. That is not typical fare at a Vietnamese restaurant. If you are looking to escape expensive dinner head over for a break but you will be disappointed with the food compared to your local restaurant you go to back home.

Great service. Chase was really attentive and great to talk to. We loved the heirloom beet salad,…read morehowever, it was split for 2. We weren't asked if we wanted it split - this made it $25, which was not worth it. I opted for the table side cacio e pepe which was super cheesey and also had delicious pork belly blended in. My husband had the burger which was 2 larger patties combined - we only wished it could've been cooked more medium rare because the flavor of the meat had so much potential! We weren't hungry for dessert but the table next to us got a unique mason jar dessert that looked like it was packed with chocolatey goodness. This restaurant is inside the Westin, and you can park in the garage and get your ticket validated.

Our server was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with providing recommendations. We started off with the bread and fondue. The fondue was a big hit with our table, and the cheese was so tasty. The bread was also good, and had a nice unique taste. For mains I tried some of the following: -steak frites: delicious and cooked perfectly, and a huge portion of delicious fries -mussels: definitely a miss, and tasted a bit too salty and the sizes were pretty inconsistent -filet: amazing -mushroom ravioli: absolutely horrible, literally the worst ravioli I've ever had -cacio e pepe: sooo tasty, but tastes was more like carbonara vs a traditional cacio e pepe. I liked the presentation and really loved the pork too. I would definitely recommend sticking with the meats here, as the pasta and seafood were major misses (except the cacio e Pepe was amazing) Overall a solid option for a nicer meal, but not the greatest place ever.
