Menu - A menu from a Vietnamese restaurant displays a list of dishes including pho, beef meatballs, steak, brisket, shrimp, tofu, chicken, and vegetarian options. Prices are listed for small and large sizes, with additional charges for extra meat, shrimp, or vegetables. The menu includes specific items like rare steak, well-done brisket, and vegetarian pho, with some dishes marked with asterisks. There are also images of food items and a note about consumer advisory and dietary options.

Points for specialty restaurants in high altitude are seasonal just like the weather. Pho is especially good after a day in the slopes. Pho can be good in the hotter months too. For me however, this place is just average; nothing special, nothing bad, just simple. That sounds harsh, but simple can be satisfying as on this occasion when didn't want the usual mountain meal offerings of pizza and beer. Service was great. Motif is local bar interior. Walking distance from most hotels/suites in the area. Winter season 5/5, all other seasons 3/5 rating for me. I always go with the brisket pho at any pho place that I visit. Drawing from experience, 3/5 is my verdict.

Shrimp spring rolls - Two Vietnamese spring rolls filled with shrimp, lettuce, and vegetables are placed on a rectangular plate. A small bowl of peanut sauce topped with peanuts accompanies the rolls. The dish is presented on a dark surface, highlighting the colorful ingredients and the sauce.

After three days on the mountain, my friend (a local) and I were craving some warm, comforting pho--and Pho 20 did not disappoint! If you know that feeling when you just want the perfect comfort meal to cap off a trip, this is it. We were greeted immediately upon entering and seated near the front windows, which made for a cozy vibe. We split the shrimp spring rolls and each ordered the pho tai -- honestly, so delicious. Service was fast-paced and attentive; the team clearly runs like a well-oiled machine. Some might find the speed a bit much, but we really appreciated their efficiency and energy. 10/10 experience -- Pho 20 will definitely be a staple stop for us on future ski trips. Highly recommend if you're in the area and craving authentic, satisfying pho!

Back here a year later, it was not as great as we remembered. I think previously we had added a lot to the soup; soy sauce, etc; because this time we did not add anything and the soup was a bit bland. We did P12 add veggies and it was ok, the well done flank steak was not it, defs sticking to brisket in the future. Also only ordering smalls from now on, been eating leftovers for 3 days. The service is pretty bad, you will get food in a timely manner but getting more than 1 drink is difficult because the waiters never circle back, also had to flag them down for the check.

A bowl of Vietnamese pho contains sliced onions, chopped green onions, and herbs in a clear broth. Next to it, a plate holds fresh bean sprouts and basil leaves. The setting is an outdoor table with a black metal surface, and there are glasses of dark soda in the background.

Always great service ! They treat you like you are in their home! The pho is always fantastic! Must try!

Small rare flank pho. SO YUM! - A bowl of Vietnamese pho contains beef slices, bean sprouts, and fresh basil leaves in a clear, seasoned broth. The dish is garnished with green onions and chili flakes. A side plate of salad with shredded vegetables and onions is visible in the background. The setting appears to be a casual Vietnamese restaurant.

So happy to have stumbled upon this place after our hike! Husband and I both had the rare flank pho and it was hands down, the best pho we have ever had. The broth was just incredible! We eat a lot of pho around the country. Don't wait on the Vietnamese egg rolls. It comes with noodles, veggies and lettuce. Make sure to put all of the goodies in the lettuce and dip it in their homemade fish sauce. It's absolutely delicious! Nice service and fun environment - there is even a bar.

Maybe since it's off season and they are short staffed only one guy is bartender, server. That's not why the low score. The atmosphere is a small town Asian place. So nothing special. 2 of us had the rice platter one was shrimp one was combo platter. The third had Pho. The shrimp were was over cooked and lacked flavor even with the bland fish sauce. On the combo platter the meat tasted old and not very warm. Doesn't taste freshly cooked like I have where I live. Bad meat (hope I don't get sick) no flavor, like warm food is the reason for the low score. The Pho was good that's why 2 instead of a 1.

The chicken pho and the spring rolls are amazing!! If you're looking for some good pho after skiing definitely stop here!

Vermicelli bowl - A large white bowl contains Vietnamese vermicelli noodles topped with grilled meats, chopped peanuts, and green onions. A spring roll is placed on the side of the bowl. In the background, there are small bowls of dipping sauce, spring rolls, and other dishes on a dark table. A glass of water and a glass of iced beverage are also visible. The setting appears to be a casual Vietnamese restaurant.

It's a decent Vietnamese place for the area, a few mins away from Beaver Creek. The restaurant is medium sized. We went there for dinner and it was a little packed. You may need to wait for a table. I got Combo Vermicelli Bowl which was flavorful. The spring rolls are pretty good. Ambiance is nothing particularly striking. Service is ok.

We told two workers and the host that a group in front cut but they literally did nothing about it. They should at least leave a clipboard for people to write their names. The food was decent. The spring rolls with shrimp and avocado was good. The pho ga (chicken pho) was alright... the chicken was dry chicken breast and the noodles were not pho ga noodles. They were regular pho noodles but the soup was good and hit the spot after a cold day.

I have tried their Thai tea and their filet mignon pho. Thai tea 2/5- this was overly sweet. I couldn't even finish it at all. There were any barely tea and more milk than anything else. Filet mignon pho- the broth was hearty with good flavor. This was a great choice after hitting the slopes. I do have to say the meat could have been more tender. However, overall, it was a good bowl of pho. The portion for regular size was fairly large. Two people could have potentially shared. The server was really attentive and I would come back if we are back in town.

It was sooooo good! I am from South Korea and I know when my chicken is good. Even some Korean chicken franchise in Denver can't do this good. It will come with a sauce for dipping on the side. We chose the bird sauce and was perfect to dip or mix it in with a jasmine rice along with complementary herbs (basil, cilantros, etc) and cucumber salad. Plus their special soft serve of the day made it even more perfect. We had a coconut soft serve ice cream topped with caramel sauce which was very good. Not overwhelming just refreshing as a whole. This will be our place for sure whenever we pass by! Chicken and outer range hazy ipa were perfect match. I loved that they are existing together. Our waiter was very attentive and flexible, and willing to cook my pork a little bit longer (if you don't like pork on the rare side... ask for it to be medium-well) - Food quality: 4-5 star. First of all, the bread and butter was to die for... but we ate too much of it and couldn't finish our meals because we were starving after some skiing that day. I ordered the pork dish which had awesome flavor, just a little undercooked which they fixed no problem. Friends ordered the half chicken, wedge salad, and mussels. All were great but the chicken could have used more flavor (so I heard). - Cocktails: 4-5 stars. The dirty martini comes in a coup glass and felt very small, but the mezcal cocktail was perfection. I ordered two of those and asked to lighten the sweetness a bit. - Vibe: Classy-casual? We were dressed nice for dinner and did not feel out of place, but some were on the more casual side too. Overall a great pick for dinner, I don't think anyone would be disappointed!
