Food was ok. New menu sucks. Food took way too long to come out at 9:30pm. Service was slow and had to ask for refills on coke

This long time chain, (over 30 years) has always been one of my favorite Chinese restaurants & today was no exception. We arrived for lunch right when they opened at 11AM. Note, there's plenty of free parking. We were greeted promptly & given our choice of tables. The restaurant was stunning - beautifully decorated & spacious. However, the AC was on too high, we were a bit chilly & the music was a little loud. Our server was friendly & very attentive. One thing I've always appreciated about PF Chang's is that they pack up & bag your leftovers for you. Our Server brought to our table a tray & tray stand to put our leftovers in to-go containers. I ordered from the Lunch Specials...prices started at $13.99. This included your choice of entree, starter & rice or noodles. As I didn't see Sweet & Sour Shrimp on the lunch menu our Server was very helpful in substituting a couple of things so I could have it. She explained that anywhere on the menu that said crispy it meant tempura. So I substituted Crispy Honey Chicken for shrimp & honey for Sweet & Sour Sauce. The dish was great. I loved the sauce & the shrimp was nice & crispy. I also had Lo Mein & the Veggie Spring Roll was my Starter. The roll was wonderful but I didn't care for the dipping sauce. The lunch portions were big & I was happy to have leftovers. All in all a delicious meal!

Stopped in for dinner with some family from out of town and was hesitant due to the reviews but the majority ruled and we hoped for the best. Service was good, ambiance was welcoming, and our night started strong with their delicious Strawberry Cucumber Limeade 10/10 I had the half portion of the chicken lettuces wrap which made about 4 lettuces boats 7/10 and the wonton soup, broth was good, I appreciate that it came with shrimp and chicken to jazz up the soup but the dumplings were bland and flavorless 5/10

If you've been to any P.F. Changs in the past, you know what to expect. The ambiance is a little skimpy compared to others and the bar area is not separated from the main dinning room. One of the final four basketball games was playing so it was nice to watch but distracting if your there to enjoy a nice meal. Staff was very friendly. Ordered a bottle of wine and they were able to cork the bottle for us to take home. Ordered the lettuce wraps but was never delivered. They removed it from our bill. I love their Kung Pow Chicken and tasted like what I remembered. I ordered the white rice which was soft and filling. We also ordered the fried rice with our other meal and I would recommend sticking with the white rice. Looked and tasted like brown rice to me. Good place if you're watching a movie or attending a comedy show (Both across the street).

Party of 8, in for a late lunch but in time to catch the lunch menu. The service was a slow and inattentive and the food was largely just okay. I eat at PFChang's regularly enough but this location left a lot to be desired. The best part is that the staff was friendly and the restaurant is very clean, beautiful, and well-lit. It's a good vibe. I just wish the food was better. Everyone from the age 3-74 (the latter of whom is vegetarian) agreed that vegetables were too hard. Honestly, I'm not sure they were even lightly pan fried/cooked. I started with the kung pao Brussel sprouts (not pictured), which is my thing at PF Chang. I honestly order them all the time. These weren't flavored as well as usual. I then tried to be different and ordered something I typically wouldn't, the crispy honey chicken. It was more breading than I'd like and the flavor was just okay. This was the sentiment across the whole table...everyone's food was just okay. That said, everyone who had a specialty drink enjoyed it. Edited: the preteen left with an upset stomach that has considerably slowed our evening...we're 3 emergency restroom breaks in ‍

Pickup order review: If you've ever eaten at P.F. Chang's or a chain restaurant before, you pretty much know what you're getting. This was our first time eating at this location and we were not disappointed. We ordered online (Friday night about 6pm) and chose the ASAP option (10-15 minutes). We were surprised it was ready within that timeframe! We ordered the Family Bundle for 2: Egg Drop Soup Cup Small House Salad Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps Chang's Spicy Chicken Beef Lo Mein Additional: Crispy Green Beans (not included in bundle) Everything looked and tasted delicious except for the Beef Lo Mein. It looked awesome but unfortunately didn't taste like anything. The Spicy Chicken also wasn't spicy at all and tasted more sweet. Their winners will always be the Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Crispy Green Beans in my families book! Can't comment on ambiance since it's a pickup order but their parking area is a bit small and tight so careful when pulling in! We noticed a lot of people were parked over the lines and would just whip their car into a spot, crookedly.

Best experience I've ever had the chef Joe Urenda is the best chef. The waitresses are awesome. The atmosphere is great. Everybody's very friendly always have a smile on their faces. Wait on us like kings and queens. Come check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Haven't been to a PF Changs in years but was craving some Chinese food and wanted to try this new location that just opened up! Food was well priced for the quantity and quality. To Go service was very quick , ready within 20 minutes of ordering on phone. The lettuce wraps were the best as others seem to agree and the Changs spicy chicken was good but not very spicy. Location is great near stores and other restaurants. Restaurant inside was clean and well decorated.

I have fond memories of going to another P.F. Chang's over a decade ago and of one of their seafood dishes that has since been taken off the menu. With P.F. Chang's opening up this location right in my neighborhood, I had to bring the whole family here for a meal to see if it was as good as I remembered. Service was friendly and timing of our dishes was appropriate (i.e. the kid's meal came out with the appetizers). My husband loved his pepper steak, and we all enjoyed the lettuce wraps and pork dumplings. I ordered the Salt and Pepper Prawns, which is not the lightly fried yet crispy version that I'm used to at authentic Chinese restaurants. This one is covered in chili butter, which made it soggy. If I ever order this dish again, I would ask for it without chili butter. It was also over salted, even for a dish that has the word "salt" in its name. The dipping sauce was good, though. Speaking of dipping sauces, the sweet and sour sauce in the kid's meal is very similar to McDonald's version and not the red sauce that I think of when I order sweet and sour chicken. They're going for a bit of a nightclub-like ambiance here with the low lighting and loud music, which may cause sensory overload for some people. Our baby spent most of the meal crying and trying to stick her fingers in her ears. The price point is also a bit high for what you're getting. There's another Americanized Pan-Asian restaurant in the same shopping center where the food is almost as good as what P.F. Chang's offers, but at about 70% of the cost. Overall, it's an adequate option for those who happen to be in the area.

We thought we made a mistake choosing sushi bar instead of a table because we'll have back issues. Surprisingly, the chairs had a mini back so you could lean back occasionally. And we think our experience was better because the sushi chefs would explain the origin of the fish and all the ingredients they used into each roll and order. We also got a complimentary piece for sitting at the sushi bar which was a light fried yellow tail which was so good. Service is amazing. They're attentive and check in on you often. It does take some time to get your rolls but give its time to digest. From watching the sushi chefs at the bar, they're very precise in how they make each roll. Every roll has similar proportions from the slight wasabi they use to the amount of rice and fish. Everything that we had was amazing. The hamachi and salmon sashimi felt like butter. It just melts in your mouth. The aged toro was so delicious. Even the edamame was just so good. The unagi nigiri is some of the best I've had in the state (the nigri was better than the handroll and I think it's because I love unagi so I love the ratio in nigiri form). The Spicy Tuna Oshizushi was a surprising favorite of the night along with the Crème Fresh Salmon Belly. I could've done without the wagyu but it was good. Every order does come with only 1 so order based on the amount of people that are with your party. Some items we were unsure of like the wagyu so we ordered 1 and shared a bite. Overall, I understand the hype and the reservations. But it was worth it and I'm surprised we can get high quality fish in a landlock state. Uchi is dangerous for people like me…read more Not because of the raw fish. Because the place understands seduction. I've been eating at Uchi since it opened in Denver and today it still carries that same intoxicating balance of precision, warmth, swagger, and restraint. The room itself glows instead of shouts. Wood slats divide the dining room into little private theaters while the sushi counter hums with focused choreography. Expert hands moving constantly. Rice. Fish. Quiet communication. Tiny acts of discipline repeated hundreds of times a night. I sat down intending to have a civilized happy hour. That plan lasted maybe twelve minutes. The kurodai crudo arrived first. Gooseberry, leche de tigre, candied garlic. Bright, sharp, and alive. This is the kind of starter that wakes up your entire palate and you are reminded that you will absolutely be spending more money than originally intended. Next was the bincho temaki: cool albacore, kimchi, avocado, and a vividly garish orange sauce with some heat to keep the richness from becoming too much. Uchi understands something many restaurants don't: luxuriousness needs balance. Fatty fish without acid, spice, crunch, or brightness is palate exhaustion. And then one after another the deliciousness continued: the oysters were cold and perfect with cucumber, calamansi vinegar, and umeboshi. The day boat scallop nigiri nearly stopped time altogether. Just sweet scallops, rice, citrus, a little finishing salt. Incréable. Or whatever the French word is for "I briefly forgot my own name." And somewhere during martini number one, the staff adopted me. Apparently Uchi keeps notes on guests. Mine, I was told, says I'm "nice and a good eater," which may be the most flattering thing anyone has said to me in months. Suddenly more dishes started appearing. Gifted nigiri. Ikura glowing like little amber jewels (my favorite). A ridiculous and completely delicious carrot toro maki with green chili crunch and enough heat underneath the richness to make the whole thing flirt openly with your mouth. At one point the bartenders literally invented a "walu walu shot" on the fly just because the mood had drifted into improvisational chaos. This was somewhere between oyster shooter, seafood dare, and excellent bad decisions. Meanwhile, the guests next to me started talking to me and the entire energy of the evening shifted into communal sushi-bar joy. Suddenly we were all reacting to dishes, laughing, comparing bites, participating in the same ecosystem of salt, fish, alcohol, and temporary human connection. This is the real thing Uchi sells. Not merely sushi. Attention. Rhythm. Atmosphere. Memory. The feeling of being folded into a beautifully functioning machine dedicated entirely to pleasure. And yes, by the end I was emotional enough to remember being 20 years old eating sushi with an older woman named Alana who wore real fur and introduced me to this whole sensual adult world in the first place. That is what a martini and exceptional nigiri will do to a man. The final bill before tip was somehow only $141, which honestly feels mathematically impossible considering I briefly entered a spiritual relationship with the sushi counter. I tipped $50 because at that point we were basically family. Uchi remains one of the sexiest restaurants in Denver. Not performatively sexy. Not influencer sexy. Actually sexy. Confident. Observant. Generous. Precise. And just dangerous enough to make you order one more thing. Amazing dining experience.
