I ordered online this evening. I ordered honey chicken which came with fried rice at an extra cost of $4. For a total of $36.52 I received a small container with chicken and very little rice. And this was a delivery charge of $0. So glad I paid extra, NOT! When I look at the container I think to myself, shame on me. The food was alright but definitely not worth the price at all! This long time chain, (over 30 years) has always been one of my favorite Chinese restaurants & today was no exception. We arrived for lunch right when they opened at 11AM. Note, there's plenty of free parking. We were greeted promptly & given our choice of tables. The restaurant was stunning - beautifully decorated & spacious. However, the AC was on too high, we were a bit chilly & the music was a little loud. Our server was friendly & very attentive. One thing I've always appreciated about PF Chang's is that they pack up & bag your leftovers for you. Our Server brought to our table a tray & tray stand to put our leftovers in to-go containers. I ordered from the Lunch Specials...prices started at $13.99. This included your choice of entree, starter & rice or noodles. As I didn't see Sweet & Sour Shrimp on the lunch menu our Server was very helpful in substituting a couple of things so I could have it. She explained that anywhere on the menu that said crispy it meant tempura. So I substituted Crispy Honey Chicken for shrimp & honey for Sweet & Sour Sauce. The dish was great. I loved the sauce & the shrimp was nice & crispy. I also had Lo Mein & the Veggie Spring Roll was my Starter. The roll was wonderful but I didn't care for the dipping sauce. Stopped in for dinner with some family from out of town and was hesitant due to the reviews but the majority ruled and we hoped for the best. We ordered take out here for delivery, orange chicken and teriyaki beef. The food came with the rice mixed into the meal. The rice was very gummy and saturated with sauce. Rice was overdone and the starch from the rice sitting with the sauce and meat made the whole meal unenjoyable. This was true of both dishes we ordered. The pork eggrolls were extremely overcooked. I will not order from here again for a delivery. This honestly tasted like a frozen meal from the grocery store. It tasted and was prepared very very bad. If you've been to any P.F. Changs in the past, you know what to expect. The ambiance is a little skimpy compared to others and the bar area is not separated from the main dinning room. One of the final four basketball games was playing so it was nice to watch but distracting if your there to enjoy a nice meal. Staff was very friendly. Ordered a bottle of wine and they were able to cork the bottle for us to take home. Ordered the lettuce wraps but was never delivered. They removed it from our bill. I love their Kung Pow Chicken and tasted like what I remembered. I ordered the white rice which was soft and filling. We also ordered the fried rice with our other meal and I would recommend sticking with the white rice. Looked and tasted like brown rice to me. Party of 8, in for a late lunch but in time to catch the lunch menu. The service was a slow and inattentive and the food was largely just okay. I eat at PFChang's regularly enough but this location left a lot to be desired. The best part is that the staff was friendly and the restaurant is very clean, beautiful, and well-lit. It's a good vibe. I just wish the food was better. Everyone from the age 3-74 (the latter of whom is vegetarian) agreed that vegetables were too hard. Honestly, I'm not sure they were even lightly pan fried/cooked. I started with the kung pao Brussel sprouts (not pictured), which is my thing at PF Chang. I honestly order them all the time. These weren't flavored as well as usual. I then tried to be different and ordered something I typically wouldn't, the crispy honey chicken. It was more breading than I'd like and the flavor was just okay. This was the sentiment across the whole table...everyone's food was just okay. Pickup order review: If you've ever eaten at P.F. Chang's or a chain restaurant before, you pretty much know what you're getting. This was our first time eating at this location and we were not disappointed. We ordered online (Friday night about 6pm) and chose the ASAP option (10-15 minutes). We ordered the Family Bundle for 2: Egg Drop Soup Cup Small House Salad Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps Chang's Spicy Chicken Beef Lo Mein Additional: Crispy Green Beans (not included in bundle) Everything looked and tasted delicious except for the Beef Lo Mein. It looked awesome but unfortunately didn't taste like anything. The Spicy Chicken also wasn't spicy at all and tasted more sweet. Their winners will always be the Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Crispy Green Beans in my families book! Orange chicken was a single large gelatinous blob with only two pieces (!!) of actual chicken in it for more than &25. Rice was literally cold, with frozen together chunks. Tasted like it came out of the microwave too fast. Prep and delivery was remarkably quick.... Maybe a little more time should have been taken. read more

One of the worst dinning experiences i've had. The food tasted old and stale like it had been sitting around for days. Everything arrived cold, which made everything less appetizing. Our pot stickers were especially disappointing. Our server poured sauce over them at the table, and greasy sauce splattered everywhere including onto the table. The noodles were dry and lacked TONS of flavor, the rice tasted old and stale. Chickens portions were tiny while being drowned in sauce even the drinks tasted off and less then fresh. Salt Bombed and Ignored: It's been a few weeks since our visit to P.F. Chang's, but I've been meaning to share our experience. My wife and I stopped in for a casual dinner at the bar. We were splitting everything, starting with a couple of appetizers--which were fine. Not particularly memorable, but they held their own. Then came the Singapore Street Noodles, and things went downhill fast. The dish was so salty it was almost shocking. My wife couldn't even finish her first bite. I tried a few more, thinking maybe it would mellow out or I just hit a bad forkful--but no. It was aggressively over-seasoned to the point of being completely inedible. We pushed the bowl aside, barely touched. Here's the part that really left a sour taste: the bartender saw the full, uneaten dish and even commented on it--but still charged us. No effort to ask if something was wrong. No gesture of goodwill. Just an unspoken "too bad" and full price on the bill. I understand things go wrong in kitchens--I've worked in restaurants myself. But when it's obvious the food isn't right, the response matters. And in this case, there wasn't one. We won't be rushing back anytime soon. read more

Haven't been to a PF Changs in years but was craving some Chinese food and wanted to try this new location that just opened up! Food was well priced for the quantity and quality. To Go service was very quick , ready within 20 minutes of ordering on phone. The lettuce wraps were the best as others seem to agree and the Changs spicy chicken was good but not very spicy. I have fond memories of going to another P.F. Chang's over a decade ago and of one of their seafood dishes that has since been taken off the menu. With P.F. Chang's opening up this location right in my neighborhood, I had to bring the whole family here for a meal to see if it was as good as I remembered. Service was friendly and timing of our dishes was appropriate (i.e. the kid's meal came out with the appetizers). My husband loved his pepper steak, and we all enjoyed the lettuce wraps and pork dumplings. I ordered the Salt and Pepper Prawns, which is not the lightly fried yet crispy version that I'm used to at authentic Chinese restaurants. This one is covered in chili butter, which made it soggy. If I ever order this dish again, I would ask for it without chili butter. It was also over salted, even for a dish that has the word "salt" in its name. The dipping sauce was good, though. Speaking of dipping sauces, the sweet and sour sauce in the kid's meal is very similar to McDonald's version and not the red sauce that I think of when I order sweet and sour chicken. They're going for a bit of a nightclub-like ambiance here with the low lighting and loud music, which may cause sensory overload for some people. Our baby spent most of the meal crying and trying to stick her fingers in her ears. The price point is also a bit high for what you're getting. There's another Americanized Pan-Asian restaurant in the same shopping center where the food is almost as good as what P.F. Chang's offers, but at about 70% of the cost. I remember that I wasn't impressed with the food and said I would not be returning my husband and I got a gift card for Christmas, so we used it at P.F. Chang's. Again I was not impressed with the food. We got the Mongolian beef. The only thing I could taste was sodium. It was extremely salty. I've been to other PF Changs and I generally like their food. This one just opened this year and is 5 mins away but I never went because of the lower reviews but i decided to finally try it. My friend and I had a good experience. The strawberry infused lemonade was very tart so watch out if you get it but everything else was delicious. Our waiter was friendly and the service was fast. We were able to make reservations online and our table was ready when we arrived. Although the table was just cleaned and was fully wet but when we sat, the hostess got some napkins to wipe it so all good. We ordered the lettuce wraps and Brussels sprouts for apps and they both were so fresh tasty. I like that they mixed in some peanuts with the sprouts. I can't remember what day of the week I came here, but I came on a weekday evening (I believe, maybe around 7 pm) with my dad for dinner. Starting off, the floors were slippery in some spots and sticky in others. There appeared not to be much staff working because it seemed that the same waiter (ours) also had almost every other table in the restaurant (which at the time was probably 6 other tables with guests). He was doing his best, but he was not by any means particularly friendly. Again, it appeared that he had A LOT going on at once, so I get it. I believe I ordered the Crispy Honey Chicken, and I recall sending it back unfinished because it did NOT taste good. I'm not sure if the grease/oil that they fried the chicken in was old/dirty or what the issue was, but the taste was extremely off. I didn't want another entree, just wanted it off the check. The waiter obliged, but I thought it peculiar that a manager never came to the table. It was not that it was owed, but typically, if there is an issue or concern with the food, a manager would want to know what the concern was and if/how they could improve it. Overall, it was a mediocre experience, and I would probably not come back to this location. I don't find P.F. Chang's to be exceptionally delicious anyway, so no worries! read more

Gosh--if I could give this place a 3.5 stars I would but then I don't think this place deserves a 4 just yet. This location opened 2 months ago--and you can tell by the staffs chaotic and messy nature. We had a party of 17 (celebrating my sister's birthday) and every other person there didn't like their plate. For example, I got pad Thai. The noodles were undercooked (although the flavor was delicious). My other sister was missing her side of rice. My mom's kung Pao shrimp was extremely salty (although they were nice enough to replace with another meal--she did--but the orange chicken was also rather extremely too sweet). I can go on and on. Also, the dishes are suppose to be family size but half of them were not (more on the smaller 1 person portion)--so don't be fooled by the little note on the top of the menu. Overall, I feel like the cooks should slow down in the kitchen cause they clearly are missing the mark on a lot of plates--and although the servers were super nice--they also needed to slow down and catch everyone's order more properly (there were 2 instances were they brought out plates that weren't ours). On the flip side--the restaurant has a fancy flair to it with clean restrooms, fast service, nice seating for big parties, and plenty of parking outside near the restaurant. read more

PF Changs used to be quite spectacular - well, until real Chinese chefs started opening their own Mom & Pop shops. The wait staff is lovely here, but the sugary food and expensive "deals" lend themselves to disappointment. There's nothing truly wrong with this place; it's just that it's living in 1994. read more

Went in last night, restaurant was pretty slow. One big table and a few small groups nothing major. Took forever to seat us because we had one more person than our reservation was for. They seemed put off by this. Then when sat we waited over 20 minutes for someone to greet us. Then told happy hour only in the bar what? Seems ridiculous. We ordered drinks only got two of the three and no waters. Finally, flagged down staff and said we were done and wanted check that took forever and manager came over and took care of check. Never got food and almost missed our show at comedy club across the way. Horrible service won't be going back, Such a disappointing experience never have had this at a P.F.
