    Ready to serve food
    Kelisha D.

I went to try this place brothers were no prices, menu picture or website. I'm a curious person and had time so, why not? Inside: a very humble place. They have food options ready to serve like Panda Express. I don't know if it's the same food every day or if it is rotated daily. They have a select few menu options that you can order that is not reply to scoop out front but she quoted me 3-4min time frame for preparation of general Tao's chicken with rice for $9. Service: she was very sweet and explained my questions. Appeared to only staffed with two people Food: it wasn't terrible but nothing to write home about. I was going to order an off menu item but since it was my first time I thought I'd just keep it simple and order by the scoop. They have beef egg rolls 2 for $2. I don't like them. Not an Asian flair. Tasted like a wrapped burger lol I gave 4 stars because flavor wasn't really what I was expecting BUT it wasn't bad! If you just want Chinese and not picky then Hit them up. Lots of food for cheap.

This family works hard there are two small kids there. Know that there are a few homeless people with their bicycles and things out front and she is nice to let the people sit in the restaurant to stay warm until the restaurant closes. They did not bother me I ate in peace in one of the booths.

    Name

If there was an option to leave zero stars I would this place charged me for food an then she said she didnt charge me I've clearly been charged on my account an she still said I wasn't charged an couldn't give me the food or a refund horrible service would never recommend eatting here again they clearly don't think it's disrespectful to talk shit about ppl in another language infront of my face unaware I know how to speak there language

Came here with my family after a long day of driving around town. Relaxing, calm atmosphere. The price of the food is a bargain for the quality and taste, I seriously love it. The worker that served us was kinda and for the price, I can't recommend this place enough. Come eat here!!!

    $17!!!!!

EVERYTHING IN THIS PICTURE $17! I repeat... $17 i pay $60 at home for a quarter of the food, with much worse service. SEVENTEEN DOLLARS!

Dollar a Scoop Dollar a Scoop Dollar A Scoop plus 35 cents. Whats behind the glass is always delicious and fresh. From the Cream Cheese Wontons to Chinese Donuts. The Happy Family has big chunks of meat. Sesame Chicken never dissapoints. And they have a full Menu of Made to Order Noms Noms as well. Keeping it Short and Sweet.

But none of that matters when the food is this good. Takeaway works perfectly--and honestly, once you taste the food, you won't care where you eat it. The dishes are consistently fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Everything tastes like it was cooked to order, not rushed or reheated. I eat here at least once a week (sometimes more) because it's close to my work and never disappoints. It's one of those places you crave. As for the "smell" some people mention in reviews--if you actually pay attention, it's almost certainly from an extremely powerful vent hood system in a very small restaurant. You can literally feel the suction when opening the front door. That's not bad food--that's likely a city code requirement or a minor miscalculation during installation. If anything, it shows they take proper kitchen ventilation seriously. Bottom line: incredible food, generous portions, great value, and consistent quality. Big Panda is proof that you don't need fancy décor to serve amazing meals. If you care more about what's on your plate than what's on the walls, this place is a must-try.

This is my family & I 2nd time here in Denver and after finding this place the 1st visit we make it a point to come to this location. We're located in Georgia so I think we have a good sense of good Chinese. I always get the Mongolian beef with fried rice (no egg; I'm allergic) My husband always gets the General Tso chicken with the fried rice and he ALWAYS orders this and never has a complaint. My son gets the Sesames chicken also with fried rice and it's sweet and crunchy as they fry the chicken to mix in their sauce and it's worth every penny. Every time! Service sometimes can be short in communication but expected especially when they're working all day and don't have time to eat but their food never misses! It's never crowded or busy when we come no matter the time of day, never noisy always sit at a booth. I highly recommend this place I will always come here when visiting Denv

On these days, we only pull dishes from the cart, never really ordering from the menu. There are a few home, run plates and a couple I could pass on, with the barbecue pork buns, putting a delicious, savory texture and flavor, with the sauce cooked in, versus the regular pork buns are a little more dry and have no sauce. The soup dumplings are also so good, along with the rice cakes, the Ube, sesame, desserts, the duck, steamed the shrimp buns and more. You really have to go for yourself and be willing to try things, I didn't love the duck feet (I think that's what it was?) but you have to at least try it. Always make sure to bring a huge appetite! Definitely will be back
