I'm very happy to have a new P.F. Chang's in the neighborhood, but I'm with the other Yelpers who think this location has had some teething troubles. I'd adjusted my order due to allergies, although my dish came out incorrectly and had to be remade. The server seemed very unsure about the menu too. I hope they iron out these issues and I might try them again in a few months. I will say that the new decor is very trendy and modern. As a general message to their HQ - please offer more gluten free and vegan dishes - thank you! read more

The only positive comment I have is that the food was hot... That being said we ordered appetizers first and then later our entrees. Needless to say our entrees came out first which was not ideal and then our appetizers came right after our entrees hit the table which was wild. Everything was hot however the lo mein was dry, the edamame had no sea salt on them and looked dirty, the egg rolls were subpar and my husband had the pepper steak that he said was just ok. What topped it off was the waiter never took away any of the plates when we were done with our meal and literally looked at them and walked off AND they (the waiter) were very musty which was a huge turn off when trying to eat our food. They were very kind and professional yet the smell was a bit pungent. We just grinned and bared it. All in all order your appetizers first, eat them, then order your entrees. Stopped in after a comedy show a little after 8ish. Our server wasn't friendly and made us feel as if we were bothering her. Food came out old and cold. If we could give them a negative review we would. Ordered the Beef and broccoli and chicken fried rice for delivery. The beef/broccoli literally only had 3 pieces of meat. None bigger than probably 1 inch by 1 inch. The rice was even more of a joke: the container was approx 12x6x2 so there was quite a bit of food. After seeing the lack of beef we actually dumped the rice out on a plate. 5 pieces of dried out over cooked chicken in all of that rice. No egg. Only shredded carrot. Maybe a tablespoon of bean sprouts. We had never tried Changs and definitely won't be going back. Sticking with Panda Express and Teriyaki Madness. read more

Went on a Sunday night and about 1/3 of the tables were occupied. We got seated promptly and drinks were delivered quickly. The 4 of us ordered meals plus lettuce wraps. I was skeptical because the server, Jaiden, didn't write anything down and then came back a minute later to confirm the order. We got the lettuce wraps and just a couple minutes later got the main meals. We ordered combos which came with soup and egg roll. Both did not show up. One of the meals was completely wrong so they took it back. About 3/4 of the way through the 3 correct meals, the 4th correct entree came out along with the soup and egg roll. The manager stopped by to check on us and we told her we were waiting for the correct and additional items. When we got the bill, Jaiden said the manger comped some money off. Turns out they charged us for 5 meals and then just removed the charge for the 5th incorrect meal which we never ordered in the first place they had sent back to the kitchen. There was no compensation for the wrong meal and delayed correct food. I will say the food tasted very good but that didn't make up for the mistakes and lack of some kind of compensation like we were told. A 2.5 star rating is fair, but I rounded down because there were too many opportunities to make our visit better that didn't happen. Lastly, we got seated next to the bar in a booth directly in from the front door. We felt like we were on full display as everyone entering and leaving had no choice but to look at us eating. Asked for no celery or bean sprouts and the Lo mein was filled with celery and only chicken not combo which costs extra. Disappointing but delivery was fast and great and only $5. Feels like P.F. First time there with coworkers they had ordered crab wontons I ate one and they taste really good better with their sauce but I had a strand of hair that I would have swallowed had it not gotten stuck on my tongue ring so I was choking on it trynna figure out what the hell is stuck in my throat and tongue ring till I pull it out and realized . My cousin and I went to this PF Chang's tonight for the first time and were greatly disappointed. The appetizers were good (salad wrap and pork dumplings). But the main dinner was horrible. We couldn't eat it. She had the honey shrimp that was supposed to be lightly breaded but was not at all. I had the sesame chicken and it was so sweet, I couldn't finish it. I then looked up the nutrition facts and it didn't list sugar in the ingredients, however, it had 24 grams of sugar. Even the honey shrimp had 19 grams and it has "honey" in the name. The manager was kind and let us replace the honey shrimp with a different option but I paid for my uneaten meal. On the plus side, I signed up for their app and it took $20 off our bill. To top it off, this was the only meal we ate today and now we are spending most of the evening in the bathroom, stomachs gurgling. We will never be back. If you want better food, go to Panda Express. read more

I had a horrible experience on February 14. I had a reservation for 4 people at 4:45. We arrived at 4:30 and asked if we needed to wait or if we could be seated and the hostess said they could seat us. They took us to a smaller booth next to the window, the hostess had a really bad attitude since the get to. I asked her if we could be moved to an another booth since it was too high for my 4 year old daughter and she said they couldn't because they had to keep the reservations and left. When the waiter (great guy) came to the table we asked him and he said he would asked, he came back and said that it was ok and moved us to a bigger booth. As soon as we seat down the hostess came over and asked who and why we moved?!?! I told her it was our waiter and the waiter said it was fine for us to seat there, she left really upset. The manager then came over and said we had to move back because they had to keep the tables to the reserved people. I told him we had a reservation but that we would left instead and he said I understand if you want go leave but if you want to stay you can go back to the other table. This place had really good food when it opened up, but today it doesn't. The service is really slow, the music is too loud, and they run a shady business. They add extra cost to your bill that you're not expecting. When you order a meal, they ask you what kind of rice you want with it, they then charge you five extra dollars for each cup of rice. Absolutely horrible food and service. Came home and went right the toilet seat. The food here is NOT standard PF Changes food!! The soups were garbage with chicken scum floating on top. Meals are over priced. The lighting inside the restaurant was way too bright and the service was horrible. Chang's in Lakewood, but we were close to the Northfield area so stopped in to eat at the Northfield restaurant & boy what a nice difference....so much better at the Northfield Restaurant. This is probably our new favorite PF Chang's. Our waiter Zeke was fantastic...super friendly & provided great service. I looked around the restaurant & seemed like all of the employees (hostesses, bartenders, wait staff) were smiling & very professional. We had the GF chicken lettuce wraps & the GF Singapore noodles with just chicken & both were very very good...the noodle dish was a tad spicy but I'm sure that if you ask for less spice they would tone it down. All in all, an excellent waiter, excellent food . We will definitely be back & ask for Zeke if he is available. read more

First of my waiter Parks at the Northfield PF Changs was awesome. He provided me with Excellent service. He went over and beyond to assist and provide service to me. The restaurant ambiance was very nice even the manager was exceptional. Including the kind front desk host for that evening that I attended on 2/27/24. The food was all do delicious. I had the sesseme chicken with appetizers which were all yummy and lovely eye presentation which made you want to dive in to enjoy the delicate blend meal. Worst PF Chang's I have ever been to :(. The Hot and Sour soup was the consistency of gravy and the dynamite roll was covered in sauce to the point where you could not see the rolls. We sent both items back. Bartender made a mediocre $16 Manhattan and acted pompous the entire time. Bad experience with takeout pickup. Arrived on time. 20 minutes waiting in the pickup area. They were rolling 7 people deep tapping their foot questioning where their food was at one point. The lady in the front pickup area left pretty early on from when we got there and never came back. The room you wait in for some reason doesn't have AC so I had to bring my son back out to the car after about 10-15 minutes and turn the car on for him to get some relief. I left the place sweating. we went for a date night tonight and showed up around 8:30...sat at the bar with kevin and trevor. told them i had a peanut allergy that immediately followed with a manger that stopped by with a printed list of items that i was able to enjoy..already was blown away with that. but then they reassured me that any dish i ordered would come out with a red plate stating they took precautions of my allergy and every time food came out the employee would remind me about my allergy and that i was safe...kudos 100% for their knowledge of allergies! beyond that kevin and trevor were very knowledgeable and made amazing cocktails! can't wait to go back again read more

We stopped in for a late lunch, we just wanted to sit at the bar. There was only two Women at the bar. The Hostess sat us. It is a beautiful place. However we sat at the bar for approximately 15 minutes with out a Hello or I'll be with you in a minute.. The Two women beside us STILL didn't have a drink. The Hostess started chatting with them, finally got them a drink. As we just sat there. Finally after around 20 minutes in, our Bartender finally strolled up with no Hello or I'm sorry. The food was mediocre. All 3 Appetizers came in 3 different stages, the last were the dumplings.... This is my second time eating at PF Changs, and I was still underwhelmed. Their food is ok, but to me, it seems like a very Americanized version of Chinese food. The cream cheese wontons were very dry inside, not creamy like normal ones. The noodles were kind of bland, but I was so happy to see that they were free of all that cabbage and other cr** they like to put in noodles! The Changs spicy chicken was really good but, and yes I am going to say this, it had waaaay too much sauce. My hubby had the orange chicken and thought, in his words, it could be orange-ier. I didn't care for the breading on that one. But the breading on my spicy chicken was perfect. We went at an odd time around 3 pm, so it wasn't so busy. The hostess could have used a personality as we got no smile or anything, just come this way. Service was good and semi fast for the time of day. Overall, I would eat there again, but other Chinese places seem to be more authentic and flavorful. Even Panda express has better wontons. read more

Before moving to CO, PF chang's was a staple in my family, so we were stoked when a location nearby opened up, but wow, what a let down. We came in recently, and despite almost the entire restaurant being empty, we were told very rudely it would be a 15 minute wait, okay, no problem. Well, 15 minutes went by, nothing. After 30, we went to go check on the status of our table and were once again rudely addressed, and told they couldn't seat us yet. I asked if there was any chance we could maybe get waters while we waited, and the girl looked at us and said we could get waters when we ate. At this point, my kids were both crying and hangry, so we ended up down the street at Zen Sushi, where the menu was broader and better priced, and they managed to get us in much quicker with a much busier restaurant and great service. I've seen many other reviews saying they have had this same experience at this location, and its a little disheartening that such a beloved place could have such an awful location. Glad we found a closeby mom and pops Asian restaurant for the whole fam to enjoy. Do better PF changs. read more
