They were recommended to me, because they are capable of accommodating aggressive and/or working dogs. Their kennel set up allows for them to care for dogs without having to enter the kennel. Gary and Peggy are the owners of this company. They have always been a pleasure to deal with for booking boarding dates. I have never had any issues with how they have cared for my dog over the years. My dog always looks healthy, cared for and excited to come home. Their rates are pretty reasonable and are priced by dog sizes. Their prices can be found on their website. They are open most days of the week. They used to have hours posted, but have since changed their hours to appointment only. Although I have never utilized their training services, I have heard good things about their training methods. This is a great option if you're looking for boarding and/or training.

We worked with Katie one on one to learn how to heel as well as go to place. From day one Katie was knowledgeable and helpful, my dog responded to her very well. She allegedly groomed them both within 1 hour her first visit with them. Their site states minimum 1.5 hour per pet for grooming. The second visit with Kaela ,Last week I picked up the girls and if deshedding was done ( which was paid for) it didn't work- hair coming off of the one pet and she was still wet after being there 3 hours. Guess the tech was trying to make a point after our first encounter. After speaking with the mgr., I don't see anything changing in the situation. Very disappointing.

With my dog Riley, they take extra care with getting him settled in and adjusted because he developed a bit of separation anxiety after the pandemic. They always have him looking his best after his every six weeks grooming. To make it easier for me (not having to call for an appointment) they've been booking him out every six weeks for the entire year. You know the saying "you get what you pay for" ? Well in this case that could not be more true. Yes, guaranteed dog training comes with a steep $100 price tag for a 4 week session BUT IT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT (And you are a "lifetime member"-meaning after the 4 week course you can come back for free) I am in week 2 with my dog and we are already seeing great results (she is sitting, laying down etc) Janet, the owner called prior to the first class to field questions and ease anxieties and then called again after class #2 to check in and see how things were going. I really appreciated that and can tell she truly wants us to succeed! They email "homework" after the class which has pointers and a review of the class which is very helpful. There are 3 or 4 other trainers/aides there that are hands on in the class too (i was worried that with 10-15 dogs it would be hard to get one on one help but there are more than enough trainers there to lend a hand) I really don't know why we didn't sign up for this class years ago! While some of the feedback can be tough to hear at first, its all with the goal of creating clarity and consistency for the dog---and it really works. We quickly realized that many behavior issues came from our own mixed signals or inconsistent commands. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, and make sure corrections are fair and appropriate. The progress we've seen has been amazing, and our home is so much more balanced as a result. The classes have also been great for socialization, which we know is just as important as training. Our pup absolutely loves going---it's fun, structured, and rewarding.
