We were having a small birthday celebration just four of us. We asked if there was a charge if we brought our own cake and they said no, come in and we will help you celebrate We found out that they just opened a tiki bar on the patio so we headed out there and grabbed a couple of drinks. They were delicious, not too sweet and in some fun tiki glasses. Had a couple of appetizers loved the sauce on the wings and the pretzels were soft and you could tell the beer cheese was housemade. Would definitely go back again!

I've been to this place a few times and always left dissatisfied…read more The menus are literally falling apart and just have a dirty, nasty feel to them. The food is just okay. Barely okay to be honest. It really feels like a bar that happens to sell food to people who are too inebriated to know if it's good or not. The burnt end tacos.... No! Blueberries and barbecue sauce... No!!! I'm really not trying to be mean. They have decent live music and the atmosphere seems to be cool, but the food is seriously lacking in my opinion, be it fish and chips, burgers, salad... It's for somebody I'm sure, but it's not for me. Also, "wagyu" has 2 different spellings on their menu. I think that's something small that can be corrected rather quickly.

Burgers it is. This place had great reviews and rightfully so. Plenty of parking. Plenty of seating. Open concept as soon as you walk in. You are immediately greeted by the person behind the counter, and she was very helpful as soon as she figured we were new to the place. We ordered three of their Blue Collar burgers (no complaints, juicy and all things a burger should be. My son and I split the order of sliders which also were substantial for sliders and delicious. We ordered sides if fries which came out hot and crispy and fresh out the fryer. We also ordered a side of sweet potato fries that came with a side of marshmallow fluff. Lastly, we ordered a side of zuchinni fries which were garnished with garlic and shredded parmesan cheese. Bathrooms were clean. There is a bar and plenty of TV's to choose from if you want to enjoy a game while you eat. Prices were decent. Can't even complain that they didn't have meal deals because although we ordered burgers and the french fries and drinks on the side I believe we paid what we would have had we gone to McDonald's or even In N Out. So, its comparable to those two.

We ordered: Breakfast Tots Grilled Fruit & Brie Berry lemon cheesecake waffle Coffee flight Everything was amazing. I love tater tots and adding the breakfast staples on top made it 5x better. The only thing that would knock it out of the park is some salsa. My friend enjoyed their grilled fruit and Brie. I really enjoyed the berry lemon cheesecake waffle. The waffle was light but perfectly crisped. Presentation was 10/10. Located in downtown Riverbank. Really cute downtown. Worth the detour and drive. Looking forward to coming back.

If you're planning a Saturday or Sunday visit you definitely want to make a reservation! Based off my first visit I would have give this place 4 stars. The drinks are delicious, the food is incredible with good portions, and everything of course looks great visually as well. The main con the first visit was that service was extremely slow and there was a drink ordered that was completely forgotten about, however they were clearly short staffed and when we did have service she was very apologetic and friendly and comped the beverage so we had no complaints. We went back this month for my birthday and while everything we did have was once again delicious, they were out of a decent portion of the menu. Off the top of my head they were out of all flavors of deviled eggs, pulled pork, tuna for the poke stack and poke bowl, risotto balls, some wines, and a couple other things I don't recall. The first couple times the waitress said something we wanted was out we didn't mind and pivoted, especially since she said those were the only items they were out of. However, it quickly became evident that was not the case. She said the reason was it was Sunday and they are only open Thursday-Sunday so they often run out of stock during the Sunday rush. Like I said earlier, the last time I was there on a Sunday there was no issue with items being unavailable, and I feel like if this is a recurring issue maybe that's something that should be looked at when ordering for the week? But I also am not in the restaurant business so who knows maybe this isn't that unusual. It was just a bummer to go for my birthday excited to try certain things, only to ultimately end up with a chicken Caesar salad (which was still good though!). There were still pros with this recent visit, again everything looked and tasted great and the service was friendly and much quicker than the previous visit. The mimosa flights are fun and there's a ton of flavors to choose from. We got a seasonal peach toast appetizer to share and it was so good. I look forward to coming back soon to give it another shot and will update once I do!

To start, they brought out a basket of warm corn and flour tortilla chips with salsa, refried beans, and cabbage. Everything was fresh and flavorful -- a perfect way to kick off the meal. I ordered the Caldo de Res soup, and it did not disappoint. The broth came out steaming hot, rich, and full of flavor. It was loaded with tender beef, corn on the cob, potatoes, and carrots, with rice, onions, cilantro, lime, hot sauce, and tortillas on the side to build it just how you like. Each bite was hearty, comforting, and delicious. The restaurant has TVs showing sports and even a full bar in the back, which makes it a great spot to hang out as well as grab a meal. My server was attentive and polite, checking in to make sure I didn't need anything throughout the meal. Overall, great food, generous portions, and excellent service. I'll definitely be back for more.

I went with some girlfriends on a Friday night a few months and service was not as great as usual. Good food but questionable service…read more At this Texas Roadhouse location in the past, I've never experienced any issues. This time, however, our server did a very poor job. When we got to the table, we noticed there were only two plates for our party of three. We asked for an additional plate, he said he would bring one, but then never came back. We had to ask another nearby server if one could be grabbed for us. They grabbed the plate from a stack that was literally two feet away from our table. This was frustrating because what could have been a five second task turned into an inconvenience for us as well as another staff member. Even after we got our food, we were annoyed with the server. We needed drink refills and it felt like he was deliberately ignoring us. There was a group of four young men (around the server's age) who kept ordering rounds of beer sitting at the table next to us. The server kept only going back to that table and helping them out. He would look directly at our table, and then go back to chat with the one next to us. When we were finally able to flag him down for drink and bread refills, he walked away and brought us neither. When he came back to our section, he went straight back to that other table. We asked him a second time for the refills and he acted like we had never received the request in the first place. He also never cleared our table. Usually, when the main dishes came out, the server would take the small plates and remove empty cups and bread baskets. We were left with the empty trays and plates which made our table feel super crowded and dirty. Despite this really annoying service, the food was really good. The kitchen never misses here. I ordered the beef tips, loaded mashed potatoes, and a Caesar salad. The meat was super tender and everything was very flavorful. This evening it was bustling and crowded as usual. It was a little rowdy but nothing unexpected. Hopefully next time will be better!

We tried one of the spring drink specials. A Just Peachy Marg and Strawberry Marg I am sure mine would have so delicious, but it was a tad sweeter than I would have liked. The person I was with got the Strawberry Marg and she said it was a little too sweet too! We ordered an order of the potato skins... They were on a happy hour menu and it was a great portion for 5 bucks and pretty tasty. Wish ranch would have come with them as well as the sour cream. I finished off with a tall 805 and to be honest... I felt it was a great price... $8. I swear it's been more at other chains. Will be back before our movie again, but might just stick with the beer.
