His vehicles are always clean and he's always on time. John's service is top notch. I had to get out of Alabama on short notice once for a 5 AM flight. I called John last minute and he said "no problem, I'll be outside your hotel at 3:45". John is a nice guy and gives great advice on local restaurants, shopping and local attractions. John communicates often and monitors the flights coming into BHM airport. He knew about one of my flight delays before I did! First they were late, then the main guy showed up with his son and some trash bags. They basically put some clothes in a trash bag. He had good experiences, so I was trusting his experiences. lol I was terrified to drop the dresses off after seeing some of the reviews?! I dropped the dresses off at 11:30am, but was told they wouldn't be ready til 5pm the next day... I was a little disappointed in the turn-around time. I was hoping they would be ready at 11:30 a.m. or even 12pm the next day as I was told 24 hours. ? They advertise fast service & convenience. I asked if it were possible to be ready by lunch time the next day? I was told yes, but had to pay 20% extra. I picked up the dresses at 5:00 p.m. They do not do referral discounts either. Was happy with the dresses and they looked really nice. These were toddler dresses for picture day. The sleeves were ruffled and still a lil wrinkly, but I am still satisfied. They both had decorations and sparkly designs on them; and none were damaged. I did fill out the online questionnaire for pick-up and delivery options and never received a response.
