filled out the form including the part about hazardous material. received email asking for address and phone number. sent information. received question about type of hazardous waste and how much. answered question. advised I had pictures. was asked to send pictures. I sent them and after waiting received an email that they don't service my area or take hazardout material. not sure why I wasn't told that when I entered my address. not sure why hazardout material is listed on their form if they don't take those items. what a waste of time. read more

Our dryer went out at the beginning of COVID so we left it in the back yard because there wasn't any room inside the house. Well I was looking for some company to haul it because the other companies wasn't coming due to COVID. Well I'm so happy they were accepting it. It was easy to do the paperwork and scheduling wasn't bad either. The day of the pickup I wasn't sure if they were coming because it was raining but I got a knock on the door. The guy said my phone was disconnected because he called several times. I know it wasn't off. Well we found out he had the wrong number. The two guys came to the back yard picked up the dryer and loaded it to the truck like it was nothing. I paid for the pickup which wasn't bad at all. I told them I'm glad they pick up even in rain. Just a recommendation for Junk King for help with your spring cleaning. We rented a mini dumpster after reading their informative website and comparing prices, and the whole process was super smooth. They did what they said they'd do and we were very pleased. We only had the dumpster delivered and picked up (self-service) but they also do full service loading and hauling, and will come out and quote the job if it is a lot of stuff. The two best things about Junk King are that you pay for the space you use in the dumpster (1/2 a load is cheaper than a full dumpster), and you get to keep it three full days, so a dumpster delivered on a Monday will get picked up on Thursday. read more
