Which is no easy feat for this property. He has an electronic moisture checking system, and he used it to get reading all over the house. In every room. Luckily for us, the mold is not a health issue, and we can take care of it ourselves. He took lots of pictures and is sending us a report. He even came with me to talk to the tenant.
