She then asked how I would pay. She asked card or pay driver. I stated I would send check with driver. I understood weather delayed delivery on 19th. So waited Monday, called again at 1 PM on 21st. Was told driver would try to get to me that day. Received a call at 3:30 saying driver was running late and it would be tomorrow. I said it would have to be on Saturday as I had to work rest of the week. I had wasted an entire day waiting on him as it was. I called on Tuesday the 22nd to make sure I was on the schedule for Sat 26th. Lady said she would call me back. I explained the answer should be yes you are since we want to keep your business. She had to check with driver and said she would call back. She never called back and now is 1 PM on 26th and still no propane. Their prices may be cheap but their service is substandard. Obviously they are incapable of scheduling deliveries in a timely manner and do NOT respect their customers time. If you heat with propane you will freeze waiting on them! Another question now is if I had prepaid with credit card would I have to dispute the charges as they NEVER delivered the goods? In Jan 2018 I had called them to run gas line so I could add another heater. At that time I was told it would be months before they could do the job, so I went with their competition. Rob came out on a Wednesday afternoon, talked to the technical support from the appliance company to get the right part...we ordered it, and then he came back and replaced the part on Monday. I would HIGHLY recommend their appliance service!
