Very disappointed with this company, to say the least. We hired them to move us in February, and…read moreit's been trouble ever since. The workers were fine, polite, and worked at a great pace, but they scratched the halls in our new home in several places, smoked marijuana at the home we were moving from, and destroyed our daughter's vanity. I called Jim, who was the one who gave us our quote and set everything up, and all he did was send someone out to spackle the walls. He eventually asked for a link to the vanity so he could purchase another one, but after attempting to follow up with him he has completely ghosted us. I have been calling several times a week for a couple of months now, leaving a voicemail every time, and he still won't call me back. To make matters worse, the one time I did get him on the phone to follow up with the wall repairs he had a smart mouth and mocked my impatience with him. We had spoken to other realtors before our move saying they have a horrible reputation, but we didn't believe it at the time because up to that point they had been very professional, but that all changed once they got our business. If you value your furniture and don't want to work with a coward that runs from accountability, definitely try someone else. There are plenty of other movers out there.

All of the movers were extremely respectful and helpful - and never minded moving furniture around at new place to get it in the right spot. From product sourcing, to measuring and quoting, to the expert advice we received from the team, we were very happy all-around. The entire process from initial inquiry to completed install was handled in just a couple of weeks. After getting quotes from three different companies, I went with Carpet Warehouse primarily because of the personal interactions I had with Tracy in the initial stages. She was patient with my questions, and really seemed to care about the work. It felt like a very personalized experience with down-to-earth people. Not sales-y at all. The installers were fantastic. Efficient, tidy, friendly and professional. Their operation was so self-contained, and didn't leave our house in total chaos. They showed attention to detail and pride in the work. The new floors look beautiful. Did I mention Carpet Warehouse provided the lowest quote out of the three I received? Icing on the cake.

The prices seemed great for the selection so we scheduled for installation the following week. Installers that came were also friendly and did a great job overall. We had our housewarming party the weekend after we had the carpet installed and we got multiple compliments on the carpet and people wanted to know what the carpet was because they liked it so much they'd like to install it also. 2 thumbs up and would recommend them!

I called because i was conserned with the tine it was taking. End it wasn't even all of our stuff. My husband and son-in-law had already loaded all of the boxes. All in all it still took them almost 5 hours for something that should've only been no more than three. The television in my daughters room was broken. Came to look at it and went and bought a new one to replace it. And I was good with that. But today I go to sit on our loveseat and I fall backwards because they broke one of the legs and just sat it under there without saying anything. Now i am in so much pain due to falling. I wish i has checked everything before paying them . Consumer beware! They are a family owned business but things like this should kot happen. Now i have to buy a living room set. Not to mention i had to pay the $500 plus a truck I rented for $100 that they didn't want to use. And then there's broke. So $800 for simple move is not acceptable Beware! They are responsible for NOTHING! If it breaks. To bad for you, you have to go to ER because they fail to tell you they broke something, to bad for....just use your judgement If you will allow any Joe Schmoe to move your stuff and not be covered then go ahead and use them. But you could go to the corner and hire some Mexicans and get faster service, and better results...just saying
