First they were late, then the main guy showed up with his son and some trash bags. They basically put some clothes in a trash bag. They didn't help pack most of the stuff then complained that it wasn't ready on move out day AND THEY LEFT HALF THE STUFF. SEVERAL ITEMS BROKEN. NO REPLAY WHEN I NOTIFIED THEM. AVOID!!

In case the guys wouldn't check the inbox for internet contact emails I decided to call the office and Cameron, one of the owners, answered. He said that he had just seen my contact email and we discussed the work I needed. Because it was a landscaping job he said he'd have his business partner, Brantley, call to coordinate an appointment. I understood that he'd need to look at the work before giving me a price. However, I called and spoke with someone on the 9th, 11 days before commenting through this app. He asked what I had to move, did it have stairs and where was I moving from and to where and also asked what date I needed you for. I told him the date that I had to be out by was the 30th and I could be flexible as long as it was by the 30th. He informed me that someone would be contacting me back with a price and date at that time. I never heard back anything by phone and even tried calling again with no answer a couple of times. I then posted through this app with the project scheduling on the 20th, four days before your defensive comment back to me, without an apology, I might add. If I could give zero stars for this company I would just on the basis of you not offering an apology for my experience and getting defensive with me when I'm just posting my experience with your company for others to be able to make an informed decision based on reviews. I called several times due to skepticism. But assurance was always given and the truck arrived as stated. My husband did ask that I include 1 thing he would like to see changed, which is a wider loading ramp as dolly barely fit. I also liked that I could lock the bulkheads that separated my items and that only I had the key for it--peace of mind was essential to me.
