We just had the best experience we have ever had with a moving company. Acquiring the quote was painless; Wesley conducted a virtual tour of our home and sent the quote as promised. The crew came when scheduled and was very professional in handling the large and small items of our move. This was the most productive, timely, efficient move we have ever had. I would and will recommend this company to everyone I know. read more

Stop your search for movers right here! Hudson and Angel made this move the absolute best of all of our moves. They are efficient, communicative and have positive attitudes. They worked super hard and made it look easy. They worked well together too and I'd hire them again in a nanosecond. And they guys who answer the phones at the office were awesome too. Can't say enough good about this company! read more

These guys were great. Having worked in the moving industry before I know what a pain it can be to find good movers. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and got the job done without any accidents. read more

These movers were so efficient, broke nothing, super careful with our stuff. They finished earlier than expected, so saved me money. Absolutely top notch moving experience. Have never had a moving experience that was so pleasant. read more

By far the best movers I have ever experienced. They were on time, very friendly and professional. I watched them carefully place my items on the truck and they made an effort to tie everything down so that nothing would fall over and break. I was made aware of a few things that were broken, however I knew they didn't break it.. it was broken while in storage but the fact that they took the time out to bring it to my attention was really appreciated. Great moving company. Highly recommend. read more

We used New Latitude to move from Homewood to Montevallo and were very pleased with the work that they did. Nothing was scratched or damaged during the move and everything was taken apart/put back together well! They were on time, communicated about details/pricing well, and were friendly. Would definitely recommend asking for Roy and Derek when you schedule your move! read more

We contacted New Latitude about using their services for an upcoming move. They sent out a representative to our home to inspect the scope of what needed to be moved and provide us an estimate. The rep advised he would send us an estimate the next day which we he never did. I received an email from New Latitude today stating , "Wanted to let you know that the move date you requested is no longer available. We have had a commercial job reschedule for the week that y'all were looking at to move and are now fully booked up. I'm sorry for any inconveniences this may cause.". What terrible customer service. They wasted my wife's and my time. They new the dates we needed to move and advised they were available. Never use this company as they are not ethical or trustworthy. read more

Moving with New Latitude was a great experience. The two movers were awesome! They had a great attitude, and they were very careful and very efficient at the same time. Each time they loaded or unloaded an item, they RAN back for the next item. Their focus on efficiency definitely saved me money. I highly recommend this company! read more

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Latitude. Specifically, Austin and Wesley were phenomenal movers and made a stressful experience (moving!) painless and stress-free. They were short a man as 3 were supposed to show up, and did the work of 3 people efficiently and effectively. Everything showed up in perfect condition, and I they went above and beyond what was expected. They were both professional, considerate, and a joy to go through the moving process with. I would book them for every future move if I could. Customer service was all around great, and I couldn't recommend Latitude enough. Thank you! read more

Stop searching now! This company is absolutely amazing and you will be very happy with your move! Jason and his crew moved us from Gadsden AL to Hoover AL and did an amazing job. I was very impressed with how skilled Jason was and how his team worked in unison to move us so promptly. They were seamless in transitioning the furniture to the truck and moving into our new house. They were extremely professional and full of energy from the moment they arrived. They honestly did not waste one second and knew exactly how to pack and unpack the truck. One of the guys named Lawrence told me he would treat my belongings like they were his own. And boy did they ever, I seriously could not say enough positive things about this crew! read more

Don't even think about using these guys! I contacted them because their great reviews ,and made an appointment for Cole to come out and give me an estimate. He came and did a walk through and told me he would send an estimate for our move on January 2 the next day. I never got an estimate and after 3 days I sent him an email looking for the estimate. I got a reply that he was out of the office until January 4th. I then text him and got a reply that they could not move us un till January 4, I never got an estimate and told Cole that the 4th could not work for us. I called another mover and talked over the phone with an estimator, they gave us a quote in 10 minutes and scheduled the move for January 2nd. New Latitude seemed to not care about sending me an estimate or trying to take care of our move. Thanks for making my move even more hectic. read more

We've used New Latitude for our last two moves. USE THEM! Do not hesitate - They did an EXCELLENT job both times and did such a careful estimate that they came in under the estimate. The first time they moved us in on the day Katrina hit - they brought extra guys and didn't leave until everything was done. This time they were also timely, helpful, kind, funny, and thorough. NOTHING was broken, scratched, or dented. I don't plan to move again, but if I do - it will be with New Latitude again. read more

I used New Latitude to move our office. They did a great job and were very professional. Randall and Derek were very organized and professional. All of the guys went out of their way to make sure every office was set up like we needed it even if that meant moving furniture around a couple of times. They were careful with our furniture and we had no issues. Job well done! read more

Dean and Spangler were professional, efficient, and used care when moving the furniture. Once the furniture was loaded, they began a 4-stop delivery and set up out of state journey. The guys worked hard and got it done. Considering the move was scheduled immediately after the holiday, it was practically pulled off without any issues or drama. read more

My family and I have both used New Latitude on a few occasions and never been disappointed. We had used other local movers in the past and been very disappointed. But now that we have found them, we won't go with anyone else. Their office team is thorough and responsive. Their movers are always well mannered and efficient. We recently used them to move into our new house, and it was the same situation. They are a little more expensive than some, but you get what you pay for. read more

I can't begin to describe how horrible my experience was with this company New Latitude. The reason I hired movers in the first place was to handle moving my 2-bedroom apartment into a new apartment with convenience and ease during a global pandemic. I hired New Latitude because their reviews were really great and they also boast about taking special safety precautions due to Coronavirus on their webpage. However, if you are concerned with your movers taking any precautions whatsoever for Covid-19, do not use this company. The movers showed up not wearing masks. After letting them into my apartment, they did not socially distance whatsoever, did not wash their hands before touching my things, and let alone seem to have any concern for personal space. So after seeing that the movers did not have on any masks, I personally told the movers of health concerns that I have and asked them to put on a mask. The mover's attitude completely transformed, and he replied in a completely disrespectful tone that neither I nor any apartment management could make them wear masks due to the physical labor element of the move. He said several time, "we'll make it work I guess" but then did not put on a mask. He told his partner of my request, and his partner proceeded to enter our apartment again STILL WITHOUT A MASK and started picking up our stuff to carry it. After asking another time to put on masks, one of the movers even had the audacity to cough as he left my apartment and packed up the truck to leave. Over an hour later the manager called me and made the same excuses, defending the movers for not taking Covid-19 seriously. The "you can't make me" attitude comes from management. This was my one day to take off for a move, and now I'm left without movers to help me and needing to scramble to take time to figure out this move last minute. Not only that, but the lease on my current apartment is coming to an end and I'm needing to take extra steps to make sure I can get my move done in time before the lease expires. I'm at a loss for words that a moving company hired to come into my home would not take precautions seriously when upwards of 3 million people have contracted this virus. The behavior and attitude of the movers specifically, and the business model of New Latitude more generally, are unacceptable. Do not give them your business. read more

We have moved with New Latitude Movers on three different occasions, and each move has been nothing short of exceptional. They have the nicest and most professional staff & movers who truly feel like family helping out with the move. We had an excellent experience with NewLatitude. From initial contact until the last item was in our new home we found everyone to be extremely professional. We were able to get a bid very quickly. Our exact move date was a moving target. NewLatitude worked with us throughout that period to make sure that they would have what we needed when we needed it. The day of the move went extremely well. I have used New Latitude movers a few times in the past with both in state and out of state moves. Recently to save some money I decided to go with a cheaper competitor and boy am I regretting my mistake. Going with the cheaper competitor might have saved me some money on the front end but it cost me lots of money and aggravation on the back end. If you are looking for a professional and honest moving company please give the fine folks at New Latitude Movers a call. They are pros, run by and ethical owner that will take very good care of you. I think the company is either closed or doesn't service the St. Louis, Missouri area any longer. Called the local number, said it was full of voicemails. Attempted to send email by filling out the online form and received a failed email notification to Chris@newlatitudemoving. Tried calling the out of state number, no response. read more

Outstanding! Last minute (1 week notice) and things went without a single hitch. Arrived on time. Very polite and courteous. Collected, loaded, traveled across Birmingham, and unloaded in 3.5 hours. Would highly recommend. read more

New Latitude was the contractor to deliver my table and chairs. The customer service was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! Even though they messed up on my delivery, there was NO attempt by them to fix the issue. If I ever order anything online again, I will definitely ask who is the delivery contractor because I don't want to do business with them again. read more

I can tell you the service is not good! We ordered furniture from Sam's Club which New Latitude's held for a week pending enough business to travel from Birmingham to Huntsville. We were told it would be delivered between 12:45 and 2:45 and it is now 4:48 and still no delivery. I have wasted the better part of my day waiting on this delivery. read more
