My dryer vent pulled away from the wall behind my stacked washer/dryer. I got an appointment promptly and was convenient for me. James was delayed in arriving but I was kept informed of the delay. Impossible to get in touch with. Rushed so much once they arrived they messed up my walls and furniture and completely destroyed my couch! Then, they were in such a rush they couldn't figure out how to get the couch inside a tight squeeze, they tried to wedge it in my front door, and got it stuck sticking straight up and down, busted the glass in my front door, and tore my couch in several places. And THEN left with my couch stuck like this and still wanted to be paid and requested a TIP!!! Have attempted contact with the owner since this happened and actually only spoke to him ONCE and he gave me the run around and wants to offer a pathetic amount of money to reimburse for my damages, but never actually follows through with any payment. The amount he's offering is the same amount I paid the movers to come in the first place. On top of this, there were two movers, one of them states he is part owner, and talked to his helper like he was trash. KYLE states he is the one and only sole owner, but doesn't care when his workers treat customers this way, and doesn't want to handle business. Absolutely no resolution as of August! Will be handling in small claims court! Do not take the risk on these guys!
