Although they were careful with the items, a few things were damaged. I immediately reported the items along with photos and they immediately responded saying they would send someone to look at/ repair the damages. Im waiting to hear from the people and see how the items are repaired. If they are repaired in an acceptable manner, I will stick with giving 5 stars. If not, I will update this review accordingly.

I called because i was conserned with the tine it was taking. End it wasn't even all of our stuff. My husband and son-in-law had already loaded all of the boxes. All in all it still took them almost 5 hours for something that should've only been no more than three. The television in my daughters room was broken. Came to look at it and went and bought a new one to replace it. And I was good with that. But today I go to sit on our loveseat and I fall backwards because they broke one of the legs and just sat it under there without saying anything. Now i am in so much pain due to falling. I wish i has checked everything before paying them . Consumer beware! They are a family owned business but things like this should kot happen. Now i have to buy a living room set. Not to mention i had to pay the $500 plus a truck I rented for $100 that they didn't want to use. And then there's broke. So $800 for simple move is not acceptable Beware! They are responsible for NOTHING! If it breaks. To bad for you, you have to go to ER because they fail to tell you they broke something, to bad for....just use your judgement If you will allow any Joe Schmoe to move your stuff and not be covered then go ahead and use them. But you could go to the corner and hire some Mexicans and get faster service, and better results...just saying

They carefully packed up the moving van with my furniture and boxes. They delivered my furniture the next day 500 miles away. They set up the furniture as needed not one item was damaged or broken. The three guys were friendly and professional. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! You get what you pay for! Having the same men pack and pick up and deliver with all your possessions and not mixed in with other customers is worth every penny!

The movers worked hard, but when it came to loading things carefully and efficiently, they were complete amateurs. I ended up having to rearrange several things in our U-Haul to be able to fit everything in, and found that the way the movers had initially loaded things left a lot of dings and scratches on the furniture. We've had much better experiences with just about all of our other movers. Also, it's a bit tangential, but anyone who has said Your Carrier is the Uber of moving doesn't know how Uber works. You don't have to schedule appointments or make phone calls to summon an Uber. The real Uber of moving would be Lugg (They've provided the best moving experiences I've ever had by far.). Unfortunately they're west coast only for now though.

After speaking with Paul, he confirmed that he and his team would be able to assist us. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we had issues with our U-Haul truck and had to push back our time with Paul. Paul was very understanding and arrived on-time and moved the items with care.
