They didn't help pack most of the stuff then complained that it wasn't ready on move out day AND THEY LEFT HALF THE STUFF. SEVERAL ITEMS BROKEN. NO REPLAY WHEN I NOTIFIED THEM. AVOID!!

I have been ignored by their claims department after three months of calling and asking for help. I've been promised calls back time and time again and never got one. Today when I called again, I was finally told my claim was denied because too much time has passed. I'm not sure why I wasn't notified that it had been reviewed. I was offered a good-faith payment of $300, which is unfortunately just a fraction of what I spent replacing my damaged items. The movers were unprofessional the day of as well -- they charged me incorrectly, stood around texting half the time to drag out the clock, and then asked me if I use recreational drugs. I hate to be that person writing a nasty review, but I am extremely disappointed with their service all around and I hope this helps keep others from having the same experience that I did. My one-bedroom move went over budget, damaged family heirlooms and caused me to have to replace my entire bed and mattress... and the company's customer service chose to ignore me and hope I went away instead of helping me resolve this. Last time I moved before this I used American Eagle Moving for a much more difficult move and they were fantastic. Their guys were quick, professional, and did not cause any property damage. If you're reading this, I recommend getting a quote from them instead!

They broke the marble top of my Grandmothers Bombay chest which was 100 years old! They were going to fix it and pay for it. They never did. sent letters and certified letters to get payments. They were all return! they are using a fake address people. One of the movers said, "my Dad works for a Marble company, we'll take care of you." They should have paid for the marble top they broke. But NEVER did!! They should have given me the broken pieces of the marble for me to keep. I could have made a cutting board or something. They kept my grandmother's marble! They are scammers. the company does not have a physical building or office! The address it shies is Cold Stone Creamy and the Fed-Ex building!! I had two original paintings in expensive frames in a big flat box made for paintings. those fools stuck in an out door fold up chair in the damn box and scratch up the frames!!! They ole me over $500 for the broken marble top they never paid!! Plus, left a bunch of items and boxes at my house that I had to go get. I had to make 3 trips to get all my stuff they left!! Don't use these clowns!!!

I was very disappointed with my experience with All Out Services during the loading of my U-Haul…read more Before booking, I confirmed that the crew would arrive with proper moving equipment, including a dolly. Unfortunately, they showed up with no dolly and no tools, and appeared inexperienced. At one point, one of the loaders was standing around. When I asked what he was waiting on, he openly said, "I'm waiting on the dolly"--which turned out to be my dolly, not one provided by the company. That moment really highlighted the lack of preparation and professionalism. When you confirm expectations in advance, it's reasonable to expect they'll be met. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here, and it added unnecessary stress to an already demanding moving day. I even called the person dealt with during the booking and asked that someone bring the crew a dolly but that request was not met. I am certainly glad I did not book this company for my entire move as the movers that unloaded my U-Haul (in Dallas) were absolutely superb for same cost.

They immediately shared my info with tons of companies who started blowing up my phone all day and night for days. When I spoke to them they were VERY rude and unprofessional, so I asked them to remove me from their list and to cancel my request. On April 10, 2026, I called ( New Start Moving Services at 844-472-3062 ) and said that I was calling for a quote. The man says, "Ok, is this [and calls me by my name]" I asked him how he knew my name and he said he was a contractor with Two Movers and saw my info based on the number I called from. I was immediately disgusted as I had already had a negative experience talking to Two Movers, so I asked the man to delete my info, that I was no longer interested. He got upset and said that he could not remove my info and that I'm the one that filled out the form. He makes a couple more rude remarks and then hangs up the phone. I decide to call their main number again hoping to reach someone reasonable. I reach a man that says he can remove my info. I tell him about the last agent's rudeness, and him hanging up the phone in my face. He says he'll remove my info, I say thanks and hang up. Less than five minutes after hanging up, I get a racist, repulsive text from an unknown number and then my phone starts ringing incessantly from random numbers. I block every single call because I know immediately that this is retaliation from me asking for my info to be removed. Then they start calling from "No Called ID" and "Unknown" numbers like every 2-3 mins. I start getting health insurance texts and random calls about long distance moving. In the texts, my name is spelled wrong, which means that this was NOT from the inquiry I created over a month ago, but that someone at TwoMovers or New Start Moving Services used my info to create a new inquiry against my will.
