    Hired this company to move a visually impaired friend. They broke his 75 inch tv and admitted to it…read morebut are refusing to replace it or do anything to rectify the situation. Taking advantage of a blind person is just disgraceful.

    This move wasn't not smooth. They showed up at the WRONG…read moreLOCATION I had to tell them to go to the right location after they waited in the wrong place for a hour! The workers did not know how to pack my U-Box correctly. My sister had to do a lot of the work ....as far as given direction. She knows how to sign a little bit. The workers did not have a clue how to load the box. Working with them was like having a two year old helping you move. Blake is dishonest and not upfront with you. He told me he would be doing my move and he would be able to communicate with me using his tablet. 8 hours before my move, he sent his elderly Father instead. His Father is too old to be moving in Atlanta heat. He struggled to lift my items and did not know how to pack a U-box. His Father became angry when he had to take items out and re-load the U-Box because he packed it incorrectly. I typed up instructions on how to load specific items. Blake told me they would understand and they should refer to the typed instructions for help. They did not. Moving is stressful enough without having to stop every 2 seconds to tell the worker what to do. The workers kept shrugging their shoulders saying things wouldn't fit. After finally getting the box loaded, Blake's Dad started asking for the payment code! The box hadn't been delivered back to U-HAUL and they were asking for the CODE!!! They were going to drive off without securing the box door and making sure the lock was on it. They just stood there shrugging their shoulders again at my Sister. They didn't try to help my Sister close the box door ...when it didn't shut properly. They just stood there watching her try to lift the heavy door by herself. I think there my might be some learning disablities, as well!! In the future! Blake. You should have a check list..comfirming address locations. Maybe a form you can send to your customers. Double check PHONE NUMBERs.... too. Blake didn't call to confirm my move date because he wrote my number down wrong. He didn't think to email me or contact U-haul for the Correct number!! I suggest they have one hearing person work jobs, as well. Hire or have a hearing person or someone to confirm all of your jobs information. My Sister had to rush at the last minute to try to fit items in the box because the box had to be back by 5:00pm. I am going to have to get another box to have what was left to be shipped to me because she ran out of time!!! While I was writing this review... Blake texted me and told me to kiss his a**!! He didn't like the review I left on Movinghelp.com. DON'T HIRE THEM!!!! I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON SAYING THAT ON HERE. DON'T GO BY THE REVIEWS ON MOVING HELP LIKE I DID. I should've listen to my gut on Friday and cancelled my move. I wanted to hire a company that employed disabled workers because I have a disability too. However, the way Blake runs his company and treats his customers is just plain WRONG! Don't do business with them. Spend 40 bucks more and get yourself competent and professional help!! Oh yeah...go by the Yelp reviews and not the moving help reviews...like I did ....SMH.....lesson learned!! I
