They contacted us promptly after the Request For Quote went out to all contractors in the area, and showed sincere enthusiasm for the work, even though our project was very small (it was to come out to Alabaster to fix a front porch light fixture, which had been ripped off my elderly mother's house by 'porch thieves' who had targeted her). They came out to my mother's home, were respectful of her property and her privacy, inspected the work to be done, gave me a prompt estimate of the costs (and were willing to discuss the cost with me on the phone as well). Then, they went out the next day and completed the work, and billed me exactly what had been quoted. The work was professionally done with solid competence regarding electrical issues. While life happens, sharing ongoing personal circumstances as justification for missed commitments is not appropriate in a professional business relationship. Ultimately, the job remained unfinished despite ample time, payment, and patience. Based on this experience, I would not use his services again nor recommend them to others.
