There was a small misconception where the estimator mentioned that the door would need to be cleaned first, but the painters who arrived later did not plan to do that. However, they quickly agreed to do it that way and did an excellent job, deeply caring to ensure that the job would be satisfactory. The best paint job, we've ever seen in four house paintings. I gave him a key because I live 4 hours away from the home. I paid him $16,600 and once he got the money he ghosted me and went to another job. Every week he would make a promise to come and then stopped answering the phone. The job was started the end of May and it's now August 9th. He just started working on the house again August 7th. I provided two different sets of decorative tile pieces for the bath and only one set was used and he has the other set. I provided a complete tub and shower set but the only replaced the showerhead and tub faucet, the shower and tub handles were not put on. We removed the furniture but left a new kerosene lantern and some other items in our under stairs storage and they took it. This has been a stressful nightmare and all he can tell me is that "He's overwhelmed." He didn't pay $16,600 to a contractor and he drives to Jacksonville, FL for another job. He called me and told me that he lost my house key! He was wanting to know if he could change my locks and give me a key. The answer was "No!" Fortunately for him, my brother who lives in B'ham went and made him a new one. The work that he did looks good, but that's only when they work! Don't help him out by paying early. Don't hire if you value communication. Don't hire if you value dependability and punctuality. Don't hire if you value integrity. HIS WORD are just words. Hire is you have all the time in the world and if you are going to be there to oversee if the job gets done.

They were hired to help me get my house ready to sell and now have done over $10k in damages after stealing my house key and fleecing me of $3700. William is a known thief who is taking advantage of single women.

The family is wonderful. William is a great owner who master's customer service. The crew that did…read morethe work on the other hand, not so much. The lines are not cut in cleanly at all and they left paint everywhere (for example dripping down my sink fictures, my bathroom mirror, my leather recliner, my treadmill, new shower door, etc). They removed the popcorn ceiling and though they used plastic, somehow wet debri ended up on my bedding. They installed new hardware on all my cabinets but I had to get them to redo most all of the handles because they were not installed plum and level with the cabinet doors. And I had 3 cabinet door hidnges strip right out of the cabinet. Thankfully my husband had some calk and screws so I was able to fix them. They cleaned their rollers and brushes in my yard which ruined my grass and they left painting equipment IN my bushes. They also did not double coat my trim in several areas nor did they prep the stained trim that was painted. The calking has all dried and shriveled leaving large cracks between my cabinetry and the ceiling in several rooms. This work was done a couple months ago and there is paint chipping everywhere. I also just found out the reason my master bedroom was not warming up on cold nights. When they moved the vent cover to paint the baseboard and tried to put it back they shoved my vent out of the floor casing causing all my heat to escape into my basement. This increased my power bill by 28%!!! This was the final straw to my desicion to do a review. Is the popcorn ceiling gone, yes. Are the rooms painted, yes. Is it a great job? Absolutely not. I am very disappointed at the price I paid for the quality I received. And this was all after my punch list was completed. Again, the owner is an amazingly hard worker but the crew that did my work was aweful.
