He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He thought they could get it all done in one day, but it turned out that they had to come back the second day to finish up. We had to do a little more cleanup than we expected, but not an awful lot. Really good job overall.

First, the plumber informs me that there will be an $89 Service Fee just for coming out, then goes out to his truck to get me a price on clearing the drain with his water jet system (wait a minute, I thought I requested a line snake!). He comes back into the home and quoted me over $500 plus the $89 to clear the drain. He further explained that his company didn't carry a line snake, to which I replied that I probably wouldn't either if I was CHARGING A CUSTOMER OVER $500 TO CLEAN OUT A SEWER LINE! My advice, call someone else.

Kerri with Alabama Roof Rx did an absolutely outstanding job from start to finish. What stood out…read moreto me most was how hands-on she was throughout the entire insurance claim. She inspected everything thoroughly, documented the damage, communicated with the adjuster, and made sure the claim was handled correctly. I would've been lost trying to figure all that out on my own. Once the claim was approved, her crew showed up exactly when she said they would and got straight to work. These guys knew what they were doing -- no standing around, no excuses, just solid, professional work. They finished the roof the same day, and the craftsmanship is excellent. My home looks completely different in the best way. The cleanup was also top-notch. No nails, no debris, nothing left behind. Kerri stopped by afterward to double-check everything and make sure I was satisfied before they wrapped up. If you want someone who actually advocates for you, communicates, and takes the stress out of the whole process, Kerri is the one you want on your side. I couldn't be happier with the experience

They were the most expensive quote by about double (but again, they were the fastest, which is why I chose them). They're messy and don't clean up behind themselves unless you ask. I would recommend them and use them again if in a hurry. But, otherwise I have other contractors that seem more interested in creating a relationship and wanting more of my business.
