They are professional, punctual, and maintain a clean job site--which is rare to find. John is extremely respectful of the workspace, manages materials efficiently to avoid waste, and offers insightful suggestions whenever a challenge arises. We recently tackled a complex project: an old house with a collapsing roof. John and his team didn't just "patch" it; they rebuilt the entire structure, including all ceiling joists and rafters. Their expertise goes far beyond simple shingle work. They are great folks to work with, and they are the only call I make for my roofing needs.

Horrible experience with a Byrom Constructed House…read more This builder built my house. Within a short time of moving in, the BRAND NEW house started leaking/POURING water. The builder did come out on numerous trips and purported to fix the problem each time. All to no avail. The house still leaks. Frustrated with the builder's efforts, I have replaced the roof that was not ready to be replaced in hopes of fixing the problem--the roof was not the problem however. My next step is the replace the windows on the upper floors that I believe were not properly sealed. Overall, I would not use this builder to EVER build anything for me.
