Our contractor has hounded them and it is my understanding that we are scheduled for this Wednesday. Maranatha ended up replacing our backsplash and hired the right installers to do the job and it looks amazing! Overall, the staff is very professional. Their showroom is great with options that you can easily envision in your own home. We love our new faucet and our countertops made our kitchen very modern. I think the top finish is too soft. I would NOT recommend Mohawk engineered floors. This, after spending $12,000 for them. Would not use or recommend Mohawk hardwoods.
