They dispatched a technician, diagnosed my issues, sent quote estimates to my email, followed up with a confirmed booking, and came out within the next day with the proper part to service my broken system. Before the serviceman arrived, I received text updates with pictures of who to expect and with their estimated time of arrival. Long Time Plumbing charged me $400 to remove a clog from my kitchen sink p-trap, during which water was spilled all over my kitchen floor, my own towels were used to mop it up, and then dirt and grime were tracked to and from my kitchen and back door. This same company also previously quoted me $300 to replace the water inlet valve of my washing machine (with parts I already had in my possession). Thankfully I called around and found somebody else to do it for $75. Long story short: The folks at Long Time Plumbing are nice enough, but they will charge you a premium price for basic work. Do yourself a favor and call around to get multiple estimates before going with Long Time. Your wallet may thank you.
