I also removed 2 extra layers of shingles at no extra charge and desposed of. While supervising the sub contractor that no longer works for me I installed a exterior door on the basement that had been kicked in at no charge. I received a call about flashing and promptly showed up and replaced it at no cost. I tried very hard to do the best job at the best price and give a written warranty with all work performed. I am surprised at the review and do not take this lightly. I did everything I could do, but sometimes you just can't make everyone happy.
