I called the next day and their phone system used an automated AI response initially, but I was then rerouted and able to speak with a service person. They dispatched a technician, diagnosed my issues, sent quote estimates to my email, followed up with a confirmed booking, and came out within the next day with the proper part to service my broken system. Before the serviceman arrived, I received text updates with pictures of who to expect and with their estimated time of arrival. The communication, timeliness and efficient service provided by Dunn was exceptional. They charge a standard assessment fee which is factored into the overall cost of service. I showed him the issues I was having with a toilet and two sinks, and he carefully explained what was going on in a way that made complete sense. He stepped back out to his van to coordinate with Laura on pricing, and within minutes had clear, straightforward options with numbers for me on how we could approach the problems. We had a very bad experience with this company. They sent a plumber out to fix a leaking outside…read morespigot; the end result was a disaster. In an attempt to change the spigot, so much pressure was used to loosen it, that the copper pipe was bent into a 90 degree angle. The plumber called in a second plumber to see what could be done. They said the bent pipe was not leaking and there was nothing else they could do and it was not their problem. They did not fix the initial leaking from the spigot. I was told that they would send someone out to give me a quote on how much it would cost to fix the problem. My response was "why would I have to pay for something that you broke". I tried contacting the owner by phone and emails but couldn't get any immediate response from him. Bottom line, since the plumbers who came out did not fix the leak problem, but made the situation worse, I did not feel confident in having them do any further work. So I felt it was best to get another plumber out to fix the bent pipe caused by Ponder Plumbing. Because Ponder Plumbing refused to fix the problem their plumber caused, I had to pay $460 to get it fixed. In my opinion this is very poor customer service.
