They dispatched a technician, diagnosed my issues, sent quote estimates to my email, followed up with a confirmed booking, and came out within the next day with the proper part to service my broken system. Before the serviceman arrived, I received text updates with pictures of who to expect and with their estimated time of arrival. The communication, timeliness and efficient service provided by Dunn was exceptional. They charge a standard assessment fee which is factored into the overall cost of service. I would recommend Dunn if you're local to their service areas.

It felt like I was taken advantage of as a single woman on a holiday weekend who didn't know how easy/quick the repair would be when I agreed to the cost. The service man also told me that the credit card payment on his tablet wasn't working so I had to pay by check. I wasn't planning to dispute a charge, but this made it to where I didn't have the option. I responded to two different text surveys with this rating and information and was assured both times that the service manager would follow up and they never did. My father also called multiple times and never got follow up. I was waiting until we heard back from them before I posted a negative review (I communicated this to them), but it's now been over 4 weeks. I have used them for repairs before without issue, but will not be using them again and would not recommend them to my friends/family/neighbors.

They were not great at sweeping up after, and wiping out the tub but that isn't a big deal. I started cleaning up the bathroom today and discovered the hot water in the tub isn't working. We woke up to our chandelier crashing down from the ceiling, not the way to start your day. We have out of state family coming soon and we needed help, fast. We called Mister Sparkey, with the hope to get an appointment before the weekend. To our surprise, they scheduled us for the same day between 10AM and 2PM. Shortly after, I got a text from Electrician Ron Riggenback stating that he was 10 min away and could come now (it was 9AM). He came, assessed the situation and got to work. He replaced the faulty plastic housing box, that had broken and released the chandelier and he checked and fixed another loosened chandelier, thus averting further damage. He installed a much needed motion sensor light, outside, as well. He did the math and informed us that we could save money if we joined their membership program, which we happily did join. He was polite, professional and cleaned up after himself. The pricing was fair and Ron did quality work. He even caulked around the fixtures to make sure there were no gaps and everything looked great. If we ever need another electrician, we will use them again and request Ron, if possible. read more

I checked the fuse box but was not able to find anything wrong with it. We asked for a quote from Mister Sparky and the got back to us in minutes to set up an appointment. Dan arrived the next day to evaluate what the problem may be. We sat down and went over the issues that Dan found. we went through a number of different things we could do. Dan gave me a number of different options and prices we had at out option. At the end of our meeting, we decided that option 2 would fit my needs and my price range. The next Day Dan showed up with his work force and started work. During their work they kept me informed and completed their work in one day. We had your master electrician Patrikios look at a breaker box which needed to be replaced . He was very knowledgeable and gave us a fair estimate on replacing the box, the meter and the outside wiring. He checked and everything for the job was in stock. He had Travis and Kyle come to start the job and promised it would be finished by the end of the day. Travis and his helper stayed until almost 9PM to finish so we would have electricity that evening. They worked quickly, efficiently, cleaned up and never took a break. The work was excellent and we very much appreciate their hard work after hours. We would recommend their work to anyone. Mr Sparky Clearwater has some excellent employees who go the extra mile for the customer. read more

If I can give these people, zero stars, I would, don't fall for it, they hype up their 100% customer guarantee, and yet there is no guarantee whatsoever in fact Even when they installed a generator I didn't want & they refused to make it right .... and told me they'd see me in court .... needless to say they're not getting paid one penny.... they delivered a $3200 generator and charged $8700 for it during hurricane season.... and it is not the generator we wanted .... absolute scam do not do business with these idiots. They even delivered what they called the new generator with no working battery and missing parts and all kinds of drama. read more
