Two for two on electrical repairs. Called them this time because they did such a great job last time. Nick did not disappoint. Nick did a great job and my family feels safe with the repairs done. read more

Zach did a great job at troubleshooting the issue & explaining all the options to remediate the problem. Good to be given options that don't always result in 'replace the entire panel/circuit, etc.) Not cheap but they don't cut corners or charge a travel fee. They do top quality work and would call again for next electrical project. read more

Both times I've had Sparky out here they were professional. Got the job done on time and did excellent work highly recommend them.

I've had horrible experiences with the is company and very good experiences. It seems to depend on who you get. Today, was a good day. Ilya showed up ahead of schedule, instantly knew the issue, and had it resolved in a matter of moments. You simply can't ask for better than that. read more

Pretty disappointed. Called Mr Sparky for a number of upgrades to my home electrical. They came right away to start the job in early April. FIVE MONTHS LATER...still not complete. I spent $10k for a new panel, some additional wiring and outlets, and surge protection. Still waiting on the interlock switch. Don't wait for them to call you. You have to call them to get the job finished. I've probably made over 20 phone calls to find out when the job will be done. Still waiting.... And you may just ask them to please not put any holes in your walls. For $10,000 I expected better customer service, follow through, and response when I call. Still waiting for the job to be complete.... read more

Rapid response, took care of the requirement quickly, recommended. Walked me through something I couldn't do, which was fine too.

Lauren did an excellent job with the installation of my new panel, she is very personable and explained everything in detail. Definitely recommend them read more

They were prompt, polite, and professional. I had some major work done and they worked hard consistently throughout the two day process. They cleaned up after themselves, even taking away the empty boxes and broken ceiling fan. I will use Mr. Sparky again and will recommend them to my family and friends. read more

Royally messed up doing some wiring which is slowly being discovered. We had a technician install a bathroom light that was daisychained. I am pretty handy but couldn't figure it out so trusted a professional to get it right. Approximately 2 years later I found several outlets that no longer work in a room that must of been connected. I fixed the issue and my meter suggested a loose neutral also. Now, here we are about 9 years later, and I discovered the technician also mixed up the ground and hot wires he installed in the bathroom as I had trouble putting in a new bathroom LED remote controlled light. My word, please stay away from this company read more

Tried for hours to schedule an appointment for a Saturday and received confirmation by text and email that the appointment would be then. 12 hours later I receive texts and emails saying the appointment is now all of a sudden on Tuesday - not what I scheduled at all. Clearly this continues the trend here of poor scheduling and terrible communication from this company. Get to work on it or your ratings will be in the toilet. It's just not that hard. 9/8/2020: This business responds to my real review and then tells me to call a number that goes to a realtor phone message about a safety harbor home. You know who's a real scam? Mr. Sparky. For real get your sh*t together people. Total embarrassment. read more

These guys are great. Came out and gave me a free estimate then completed the work I wanted done right on the spot. Ben was very informative and professional. He also gave us estimates on work we will want to get done in the future. They do work by the project not the hour so no over charge for them lagging on the work site. read more

I asked how much to come out to look at why my bathroom outlets weren't working. They said they would waive the $59 fee to come out. Great...but did not mention that there would be a $375 fee to tell us what is wrong then potentially more money if the fix is nothing simple. Giving 2 stars because they were very responsive and quick to make an appointment. Wish I wasn't blinded by the niceness I thought they doing for us by waiving fee to come out. read more

Had 4 ceiling fans replaced in our house. The technician Josh was on time (actually early) very friendly. Had a visit scheuled between 2 and 5 but due traffice problems, our technincian was quite late: 5:45 but I was called well in advance and given the option to keep the late appointment or reschedule. I opted for the late appointment and Steven did a great job. This is the 2nd time I have used Mister Sparky in 2 years and I would not use any other company! read more

Hmmmmmm. So, the next time you are in a restaurant you should expect to be served whatever the server and chef think you should have? Don't think so. Had the tech told me about your "process" I would have dismissed him at once. Your comments conflict since you agree with the service tech going down other roads instead of the one I ordered. If he did the right thing there is no teaching opportunity. FYI--an electrical contractor working next door mounted the fans for $50 each and indicated that there was not a thing wrong with my panel. Hmmmmmm.....again. read more

I chose this company to complete simple commercial electrical repair, assessment for switch replacement, sourcing common switch and installation. 2 weeks and still not complete. Can't reach anyone other than their call center and they explain that I will receive a call back from Randy?? Never called back. Field tech seemed on top of things however they are limited in flexibility to source materials etc. they are insulated by an off site call center and you will not speak with any Mr Sparky direct employees. Extremely dissapointing. FOLLOW UP I did receive a follow up call and it appears the Mister Sparky Team they are on it. They identified the disconnect and are getting it done. Thank you MS for the call and action read more

Pat was fantastic....! Incredibly satisfied w/ my experience which is why I chose Mr. Sparky. I trusted my fellow Yelpers and I wasn't let down. He was polite, forthright, and very accommodating w/ the extensive repair that needed completion. Very seasoned electrician and at no time did I ever feel he wasn't being honest about the repair. I've got a great bullshit meter and it wasn't pinging at all :) I'll continue to use this company for future needs. Appreciate it guys!!! read more

So after 3 missed/ post poned appointments they came and quoted my portable generator install. After they quoted the install for $1000.00 ( I signed PO) they came back and raised price to $5900. They quoted $8900 for the Generac generator which I could have bought anywhere for $3000 delivered. ( I bought it from HomeDepot with one year free finance) I now have a Generac dealer coming to install everything with Permit for $1000. Don't call these guys in less you enjoy being ripped off. read more
