They did a great job washing the exterior of our home, plus cleaning the roof of our covered deck…read more They also washed the exterior of our windows to prevent hard water spots. We will use their service again.

I contacted Alpha Wash to get a quote for having my driveway pressure washed. I was told by the…read moresales representative that they pressure wash and seal the driveway and was quoted $275, which was a little higher than other pressure washing quotes, but since it included sealing the driveway I felt it was worth the price. Within a couple of days of receiving the quote, the company texted me a $50 off coupon. After they pressure washed, I asked when they would be able to seal it (since this would need to be done on a dry driveway). I was told that they "don't do that". They also did not accept the $50 off coupon. My daughter, April, reached out to the company on my behalf as my wife was admitted to the hospital during this time so I wasn't available. She inquired about the sealant and why the coupon wasn't honored. Additionally, she provided photos of a few stains that weren't removed, and areas that were not thoroughly rinsed off so the dirt settled and was visible after it dried. I've attached the photos in this review. She was told by Rachel that the sales representative misspoke when he told me they seal the driveway. Instead, after pressure washing, they spray a coating on the wet driveway that allegedly slows the progression of future growth (as opposed to a sealant which is applied to a dry driveway and creates a barrier to prevent moisture absorption and repel oil and chemical stains). Rachel acknowledged that sales representative was incorrect when he used the word sealant and understood why it was misleading. She also informed us that the coupon is only available on "new quotes", and since I received the coupon a couple of days after I called for a quote, I wasn't allowed to use it. This of course makes no sense, because they wouldn't have my phone number to text me the coupon had I not reached out for a quote. So I was misled about having the driveway sealed. And then I was offered a coupon only to be told that I was not allowed to use it, and I should have read the fine print. No effort was made to correct either of these errors even though the blame fell squarely on the company. Regarding the stains and dirt that remained on the driveway, I was told that management would get back to us about it. A couple of days later, Josh came out to my house without letting me know and worked on the remaining stains when I wasn't home. We were not told he'd be out there. There was a car parked in the driveway that should have been moved prior to someone pressure washing. Regardless of the "touch up", stains remained. Rachel then informed us that Josh said the oil stain was only visible when the driveway was wet. This is blatantly untrue as the stain is clearly visible in the picture we sent of the dry driveway. The most absurd part of all of this is that my biggest grievance is over the fact that they sold this job by promising a service that they don't provide and they acknowledged that they were at fault for that error. Yet despite their mistake, they wouldn't do a single thing to make it right (like at the very least, honoring the coupon they sent me). For a family-owned local business, they certainly operate like a corporation that acquires customers through misleading sales pitches and coupons with fine print. Their behavior was unethical at best, and (although I appreciate that Rachel was very polite in her correspondence with my daughter) their customer service is subpar. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
