He done a great job spraying my privacy fence. I would use him again. I give him five stars.

I spent some time on the At Your Service website. I read several reviews and looked at the photo…read moregallery of the guys at work. Convinced they were legit I completed their CONTACT US email form describing the landscape work I wanted them to price. In case the guys wouldn't check the inbox for internet contact emails I decided to call the office and Cameron, one of the owners, answered. He said that he had just seen my contact email and we discussed the work I needed. Because it was a landscaping job he said he'd have his business partner, Brantley, call to coordinate an appointment. I understood that he'd need to look at the work before giving me a price. Its been 8 days since the initial contact and still no call.

I read a many glowing reviews before selecting this moving service. In fact, when I called to book…read moretheir service, they "wrapping" furniture on a current job. Aiding in my belief of having picked an ideal moving service. April 23, 2024: Cameron and Brently (I think) were courteous and seemingly professional but seeing little things began to bother me so I sat out in my car trying to be patient. I witnessed my rugs dug along the floors as they pushed them along the storage hallways, failing to wrap/cover furniture prior to (or while) loading, and failing to bring their own hand trucks, in addition to the realization I should not have been charged that last hour (per person) since they were fixing their own errors, are just a few mentions. The biggest and my most favorite was their placement of all the short items around the sides and rear of the storage unit and the taller/wider items blocking access to available storage space. Making it impossible to bring over any of the remaining boxes/tubs from the originating unit because placement and organization of items in newer unit was awful - thrown in haphazardly without regard or consideration of future access. NO rhyme or reasoning, just shoved into newer unit. At the end of our 4 hour transfer debacle, I was billed $100 per hour, times 2 people plus a fee of $125, for a total bill of $925. Literally finding myself charged for them to correct their own work - definitely not a customer expense. I did reach out (email, phone, facebook) and formally request, at AYS's expense, that my storage unit's content be rearrranged properly to allow better access. Apr 30, 2024: Upon returning, Brently presented and maintained an unpleasant attitude. When all I sought as a paying customer was to be made whole and satisfied for the services I compensated the AYS company (and in turn, its workers) for. Although it took a week, AUS did return to address the "issue" but it is one that resulted in my paying out additional money for similar services. Additionally... I can not be certain if AYS's lack of service was gender related, race related or simply blatant disregards but whichever, my money was green (and hard earned) and even that I feel was taken advantage of as well. BUYER BEWARE... as this IS NOT a service I would recommend. PICTURES ATTACHED

I have used Bing the Handyman five different times: 1. to…read moreremove old intercoms from every room of my house. He took them out of the walls and when he replaced the drywall to patch the holes and repainted, it was like they'd never been there. No evidence of the holes and the paint matched perfectly. 2. next trip, my furnace was on the fritz. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. 3. I bought a huge kitchen island and the assembly was just beyond me. He put it together in far less time than it would have taken me, and at a very reasonable price--and no leftover parts! 4. my dilapidated mailbox looked like the leaning tower of Pisa. Bing helped me decide which mailbox to replace it with and then installed it (in ungodly heat) My mailbox is perfectly straight now, after a year of soggy, saturating rains. 5. one of my kitchen cabinet doors fell off the bottom hinge. I lived it with it for a while which was a mistake because it ended up falling off altogether. Bing could have charged me an arm and a leg to repair or replace it, but he's not only competent and reliable, he's also honest as the day is long. He was able to fix the stripped hinge with a toothpick and super glue. then it was merely a question of hanging it back up. That was six months ago and it's still in perfect condition. No matter what the job is, big or small, (friend have used Bing to remodel their bathroom and rebuild their deck) There's only one person I call. He's always on time, his work is top notch and his rates are fair.

We are hoping to get our house on the market soon. I had a punch list that I could have done. But…read moreit would have taken me days into weeks. Since our timeline was short, I asked around for some recommendations. I initially called someone that was a one man show. But he said he couldn't come until close to June! The housing market is keeping these type of businesses really busy. Which is great for them. I personally like a small business when it comes to things like this. So I was hesitant when I was recommend on these guys being good. I have changed my attitude after the experience. They have what sound like a few guys with a varying amount of specified skills. So I talked to the people in the office and they paired me with someone. He found out what my timeline was and got me someone different. But they did it all and did it efficiently. Blake was the guy that came in to help. And he was fantastic. It was like he was the puzzle piece for our specific job. Great at small paint jobs, great at sheetrock repair and fantastic at pressure washing. Exactly what we needed. I will recommend Birmingham Fast Repair to anyone moving forward.

As a woman with no reliable handy man on call this service blew me away! Their website was up to…read moredate and easy to navigate. They contacted me within less than 24 hours to confirm my request. I LOVED their email confirmation with a brief bio on my "handy man" for the day. It made me feel reassured and comfortable letting a stranger into my home. He was very professional and worked quickly! They also accept cash, credit card, and check which makes everything easy and seamless AGAIN.
