The crew did excellent job and cleaned up after service was rendered. The jobs were finished quickly and expertly. I spoke mainly with owners but you can see that all of company employees that did repairs at my home definitely know their stuff. I had a honey_do list for them. Hot water heater, checked out my air and heating unit, and a few more honey_dos. I recommend C&M company for services. Thank you all so much for everything. Have a Blessed day.

PLEASE PEOPLE...let this be your FIRM NOTICE that these people are scam artist!!! If you have the…read moreslightest question about them please reach out to me. They stole $500 from me and did about $20 worth of work. My legal team is jumping into the fray now. These two have excuses to no end and they will postpone your work for weeks and still not contact you letting you know what is going on. I should have known these two would steal my money when the first day services were to be rendered they had so many excuses as to why they were late coming to my property and still didn't show up. On top of this foolishness they are giving you a fake contract without signing it so beware they are doing things to cover their tracks so the transactions are not traceable as pay for services and then they will ultimately say that you gave these two money without them giving you a receipt. They will tell you that their mother and father are dying and everything to gain your sympathy so just know they are your basic neighborhood bad apples who will steal, do nothing and wants everything. Don't hire them!!!! I'd give them negative stars if that were possible. I'm contacting YELP to make them aware and have this so called company removed. This is a made up business name by the way. It all screams scam with no business picture or logo. I got had! These people said they did $500 worth of work when he knows he didn't. He is a liar and then he says I still owe him money...lie. He didn't take a restraining order out on me because I never threatened him and never would. They just messed with the wrong guy and thinks he is going to get away with my money and my lawyer thinks differently. They uses GOD and sick family stories to get over on patrons and that's just wrong. They have yet to send me a bill or pictures of the work he has done like they said they would, so don't believe these two. Actually if he has all these pictures of this assumed work...post them along with the other pictures that you downloaded from online; work that you can never do. SCAM!!!!!

An employee from this company arrived to my place of business in a company-branded vehicle wearing…read morea uniform clearly identifying this organization. He specifically asked for one of my employees by name and proceeded to behave in an extremely aggressive and threatening manner. I give a one star for how poorly the latest job we hired them for remains unfinished, and no word…read moreback from the company for TWO MONTHS despite having a conversation about the issue after sending pictures of the poor quality and unfinished work. We have used Sanchez Construction a few times before and they did excellent jobs with our in-home renovations, so I don't understand why they completely dropped the ball with this one. We will never be using this company again for how they handled our last job. The fence we wanted put in is great, except that it is UNFINISHED! And, they used ROTTEN WOOD to complete the last section of the fence. The pillars alongside one of the gates were never cut, so we just have two large wooden beams sticking up a foot or more taller than the rest of the fence, which doesn't match the finished gate on the other side of the yard. There was a seven foot section of the fence that remained incomplete for days, and when called to ask, they had no idea about it and thought the job was done! So when the guys came back to finally finish the job, they used, not the fresh, new wood we had bought for the purpose of the fence, but OLD, ROTTEN, TERMITE-HOLE RIDDEN wood from a nasty, decades old pool deck we tore down ourselves about a month prior. So now our brand new fence has one section that is made from rotten planks that has termite holes covering the surface. Also, that section is BACKWARDS compared to the rest of the fence.
