A flawless experience and a very high quality result. They provided good, genuine advice in terms of paint grade selection. The estimate was free and the gentleman who came out was knowledgeable. When the crew arrived, everything was timely, with good communication throughout. There was a small misconception where the estimator mentioned that the door would need to be cleaned first, but the painters who arrived later did not plan to do that. However, they quickly agreed to do it that way and did an excellent job, deeply caring to ensure that the job would be satisfactory. His work was meticulous, and he demonstrated great care in completing the job. Patrick is also an excellent communicator and is extremely dependable--he arrived each day at the scheduled time and was quick to let us know if traffic or other circumstances would delay him. He works in an efficient manner but never in a rushed way. Each day when he left, Patrick took the time to clean and straighten up the work area. Anyways, as being in the military I had to be out of state, I told him I would not paying the rest of the money until he finished the job, We almost went into a legal process.
