I hired All Pro Renovations to do some repairs from a fire…read more The owner of the company, Ken, started out on a good note with me but over time that changed. I should have known how the project was going to go from the very beginning. The first day of work, the subcontractors showed up, who were great I might add, and they were removing the dry wall from inside the house and I heard Frank on the phone with Ken telling him he needed the sheet rock so they could get done. It took Ken hours to bring it because he was going getting other things so they were just sitting waiting on him. As the project moved on this is how things went. Ken would not bring material for them to work. He was piece milling the material instead of bringing everything at once. About the 2nd - 3rd week Frank informed me they were leaving early because they were out of material and had nothing to do. I didn't get involved but this continued. About a month later I was sitting in the house about 1:30 and saw The subcontractors talking in front of the house and I New they should have been in the back working. I didn't think nothing of it but about 3PM I looked outside and they were gone. I called Frank and asked him why they left and he said they quit. They were not going to work for Ken anymore due to the way he was talking to him when he asked for material. I called Ken and told him to make it right with them because I didn't want anyone else working on my house. I asked Ken to go purchase all of the material and put what he needed in my garage and the rest out side. He still did not do that. He still purchased a little at a time. The last straw was when the subcontractors were doing the roof, I had to go change the shingles because the ones Ken purchased was wrong. He was not talking to Frank at this point so he didn't know what they needed and was buying the wrong stuff. I had to go swap the shingles myself to keep them working. I gave Ken one last shot and said get EVERYTHING that day for the next day. When he still didn't do it and I had to go to Lowe's and get the wood myself! I fired him. The only thing Ken was responsible for was getting the workers what they needed and he couldn't even do that. He did not do any work on my house himself and was delaying the process for the workers who were. After I fired him I hired Frank and Kevin myself because they did not want to work for him anymore. I started to get the materials myself they needed to complete my house. They are great to work with and easy to get along with. Frank and Kevin did great work and I will hire them again. I will NOT work with Ken Mac at All Pro Renovations again and will NOT refer him to anyone.

I really thought they did a good job other than putting flooring over a vent, not fixing under a double door, not leveling in sone areas when they had agreed to do all of that plus they charged to move furniture n moved my Granite kitchen Island n put it outside wrapped up in plastic, due to fact that it weighed so much we were unable to move it bk inside, my island was destroyed n the granite broke in three places, so I with held the final 2000 payment, my granite top was 41x52 inches n cost more than 2000, I'm being threatened with a work lein, plus HRS billed me for 1,600 to refer their own busisness to me! Horrible experience with a Byrom Constructed House…read more This builder built my house. Within a short time of moving in, the BRAND NEW house started leaking/POURING water. The builder did come out on numerous trips and purported to fix the problem each time. All to no avail. The house still leaks. Frustrated with the builder's efforts, I have replaced the roof that was not ready to be replaced in hopes of fixing the problem--the roof was not the problem however. My next step is the replace the windows on the upper floors that I believe were not properly sealed. Overall, I would not use this builder to EVER build anything for me.

He brought a great team and they worked for almost 2 day's to complete this job. They thoroughly wrapped everything with plastic and carefully removed the tile and ground the thinset away. A very dirty job and very dusty. They broke three wall tiles and replaced them. They kept me posted on every step and ensured we were set up to spend the night (toilet temporarily set) while we wait for the tiler. Great contractor.

Sara and Derek did a great job of picking out colors and materials with us and things came together. When the crews showed up they were very polite and did and outstanding job. Some areas were worse than we thought and they spent time not only doing the repairs but explaining what was being done. When the work was completed we were very pleased and everyone that has seen it has also been very complimentary.
