Our search for a home generator began with a candid, comprehensive assessment of our needs. Mr. Williams assured me a 26K unit would suffice (after earlier contractors pushed larger, much more expensive units). At every step, the process unfolded just as I was told. When the generator arrived, it was easy to set up the site visit to begin work. Dustin and his crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and got the unit installed with no problems. Dustin walked me through that process as well. And when the gas company (finally) made the necessary connections, Dustin was back out to finish the job. Again, with great explanations and a step-by-step tutorial. When they finished, my yard looked even better than before they began the work. Masters Generator is tops in my book. It was a comfort to work with just one lead electrician. Dustin was knowledgeable, professional, and welcomed all my rookie questions. I took a chance on Master of Generators and Electrical Service and am happy that I did. I almost canceled because it was nearly 4 pm, and I hadn't heard from them since 2 pm. I wasn't confident Christian could finish the work before dinner time. When I called to cancel, a professional lady offered to get Christian and Jeremy's ETA, which went well. They apologized for running behind schedule. However, I am not off the hook because I should have believed MGES when they stated that the electricians would "arrive between the hours of 12 pm and 4 pm," which I now know, in hindsight, they would have. Christian and Jeremy are fantastic electricians. They came through the door dripping with experience, confidence, and wonderful personalities. One worked on the hallway light fixture while the other tackled the dining room. When Christian put up the flush mount fixture for the hallway within 10 minutes, he joined Jeremy to help assemble a complex chandelier. That chandelier encompassed several bars to connect to eight lights. Despite my initial concerns, the task was completed in a remarkably short time, with the total service time being under an hour. Christian and Jeremy not only met but exceeded my expectations. Their service was impeccable, and the price I paid for such efficient and high-quality work was more than reasonable. I actually have a home warranty and Phoenix electrical is not on my warranty plan but thank goodness every time my warranty assigns me someone for electrical they do not show up or never call to schedule. With my warranty this allows me to find my own electrician and I'm not sure how I ended up finding Phoenix electrical but I will never use anyone but them. Jeremiah has been my regular electrician now. He has done everything from installing outlets behind my television so wires are not running down my wall. He has also repaired switches and outlets. And the biggest thing that I have to praise Jeremiah about was an issue where one light after the next stopped working in the house Jeremiah spent hours on this very complicated very old 1902 home and finally found the issue that's spanned over two junction boxes in and through my attic which has a double ceiling and repaired it! He was relentless in his efforts to locate my problem! And when I tell you when he gets done it looks as if he was never here. He brings his own hand vac and cleans the entire area! Phoenix Electrical is number one in my book. Take it from someone with a home built over 100 years ago Phoenix Electrical always keeps their appointments, and when I have questions they respond quickly and are always very polite. He did inspect and found the problem! My only complaint would be they do not carry the parts with them but it is not a big issue since they are willing to work with you on the parts as well. He went and got the replacement for the part that was broken and changed it right away and my generator was working even better than when I first got it! Their labor was $75 per hour for this case which is well deserved in my opinion! I have a food truck and timing is really important for me, these guys are reliable and I would recommend them to anyone.
