Dustin walked me through that process as well. And when the gas company (finally) made the necessary connections, Dustin was back out to finish the job. I took a chance on Master of Generators and Electrical Service and am happy that I did. I almost canceled because it was nearly 4 pm, and I hadn't heard from them since 2 pm. I wasn't confident Christian could finish the work before dinner time. When I called to cancel, a professional lady offered to get Christian and Jeremy's ETA, which went well. They apologized for running behind schedule. However, I am not off the hook because I should have believed MGES when they stated that the electricians would "arrive between the hours of 12 pm and 4 pm," which I now know, in hindsight, they would have. Christian and Jeremy are fantastic electricians. They came through the door dripping with experience, confidence, and wonderful personalities. One worked on the hallway light fixture while the other tackled the dining room. When Christian put up the flush mount fixture for the hallway within 10 minutes, he joined Jeremy to help assemble a complex chandelier. That chandelier encompassed several bars to connect to eight lights. Despite my initial concerns, the task was completed in a remarkably short time, with the total service time being under an hour. Christian and Jeremy not only met but exceeded my expectations. Their service was impeccable, and the price I paid for such efficient and high-quality work was more than reasonable. Percy is a born salesman, and he will make you feel like he's got everything under control. I hired…read morehim to do a simple EV Charger install, and he quoted me $1000. Then it changed to $1500, then $2500. He didn't do any of the work himself and had to tear out half the install at least once because it clearly was a safety hazard. He charged me $550 for wire that he didn't even use; his employee did a half-ass job that won't pass inspection. In total, they spent less than 12 hours on the job (9 if you skip the part where they had to uninstall the first part) and charged me $3350. That's nearly $400/hr for substandard work. When approached about it, he pretended to listen, but nothing changed. He refuses to return my calls or respond to a certified letter. He's a fast talker, though, so be cautious. We gave him multiple chances to refund the $850 he overcharged us, and he won't reply. We will be reporting him to the labor board and to the Licensing Bureau for electricians. It's unfortunate that he turned out to be so irresponsible.

I already knew issue and asked him to replace GFCI and he told me that he cannot do that without diagnosis and for that he charged $450. After diagnosis he mentioned that there is a fire hazard and he need to set up 3-4 GFCI and qouated 2800$ And I made a half of the payment basically he made us rushed into decision. I felt very fishy with all the negotiations and being pressurized to take decision now. I got second opinion with other company and guess what there was nothing wrong and the work quoted by this company he was ready to do it in $300. This company is dishonest and do not have any integrity. Stay clear from this company.
