After a few calls, they told me they didn't have the parts after all. I complained and they said the owner would call, the manager did. After trying to say I must have called the wrong company and that's why I didn't get a call back (whatever that's not the point anyway), the manager now said they did have the parts but couldn't warrant them and didn't recommend doing the repair.
