These guys are personable, quick and professional. I brought my old Shark vacuum to them and they were able to get it repaired the next day. I got some soot and other debris in it which also caused a weird noise. It work like it's brand new. Try them out you will love it. read more

I took my steam cleaner to find out what was wrong with it. The lady said it would be a 19.99 diagnostic fee and it would be applied to the repair. I said ok, and asked her to call me when they know what's wrong with it and how much it would cost to repair it. Well when she called, she just just said the cleaner is ready. Well when I got there, they had went ahead and fixed it and charged me the 19.99 plus 40.00 for the repair! I told her to call me FIRST before any repairs are done! What if I didn't have the money to get it repair at that moment??? I'll never go back here again! read more

Make sure you know how to install a central vacuum if you are going to use Comer's Vacuums. At first the engagement was great. David Comer provided a fair quote, came in, did the work and left the house in decent condition. I must say, the job was done well. Not quite as good as my first experience with a Beam dealer in Kennesaw (they were like a machine...stellar work), but not bad at all. Then a few days ago, the suction on the system was very low. We scratched our heads and after looking and testing all potential issues, I saw an actual joint disconnected at the top of my garage. I called David who, as usual, was very pleasant (if not...as usual...very verbose). David said he would call when he got back in front of his calendar in a few minutes to give me dates when he could come back to fix what we discovered was an unglued joint in one of the connections. So this begs the question; how many other connections were not glued? In any case, David did call back that evening, but being in the middle of dinner, I did not get his call. I then texted him back and asked for some alternate dates and times. No response. Finally called him back and the second sentence out of his mouth was about charging me about $90 to fix his poor installation. Needless to say I was livid. Yes, the install was done about 2 years ago, but improper assembly by a professional is inexcusable. I was so hot that after he tried twice to continue to justify charging me even a single penny to fix what he and his associate did not do correctly, I just politely said goodbye David and hung up. I'm a DIYer, so I will glue the joints properly myself as they come apart. Bottom line, don't use Comer's Vacuums if you want the job done correctly. There are a couple of other issues which David wanted me to handle myself early on after the installation, but that is too much to write in this one review. Lesson learned! read more

They charge me for cleaning them, but they are still doing the Roomba dance which means something is blocking a sensors. There will be no stars on this review. I feel this placed ripped me off !!!!!!!!! On the advice of Bissell I took my almost new wet vac to this place because they do warranty work for Bissell. When I returned they tried to pass off a very old very well used wet vac as mine. When I told them that this was not my unit the guy behind the counter did not care or did he offered any help. My Bissell vacuum cleaner was not performing well (my fault, not its fault). So after some research, I took it to Comer's Vacuums. It was ready for pick up the next day for a cost of $35 (about half the original price) and looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. Amazing. And its performance if anything is better than new. I need a new set of attachments, and will be sure to get them here. read more

Our vacuum wasn't working-no suction and it didn't seem like anything was stuck. I just knew I was going to have to spend $$$ and they would have it a couple of weeks like another place. I can't expect a better service! My Bisell vacuum was not picking up anything, although the engine seems to work well. I took it to comers, expecting a 40-50 bucks cost, but it cost only 11 dollars! The owner even told me that if I purchase a belt and fix it myself, it would only be about a bit over 2 dollars. I'd strongly recommend it if you have a vacuum that needs to be fixed. read more

We brought our Miele which would not turn on, and had a simple request: make it so it could turn on, so we could use it. We were happy to have him make it so it would turn on when plugged in, and not otherwise, if that was needed. If it was easy, we wanted the cord reel fixed. He takes it, tells us it will be $80 to make the switch work, and we wait a couple of days. When we call back, by some coincidence, when we call, he tells us that he can fix the cord, but he's not sure about the reel. We call back a couple of days later, and he says that he has to fix both -- he's not willing to just fix the cord. Even better, the cord reel is at least $200, and the total will be more than $300. Needless to say, we're in the market for a new vacuum cleaner. read more

Brought my 3 year old miele upright in because it was making a horrible sound. David had it fixed up and turned around the next day and the cost to fix it was very reasonable. Now it works good as new. He was very friendly and professional. I will definitely come back and I definitely feel like I saved the cost of buying a new vacuum (which is what I thought I was going to have to do before I googled and found this place near me.)
