We purchased a…read moreused washer & dryer with a 60 day warranty three weeks ago on a Sunday (normally closed on a Sunday) from this business and it has broken down every sunday for three weeks. We purchased the washer/dryer on a Sunday and had it delivered for and additional $65 on a Sunday, but Melvin says that he does not work on Sundays but he sold me the dryer on a Sunday. Each time we called or texted he has come out to fix it on a Monday but now we need it repalced. This has been a complete inconveince, waste of time and money. If we didn't need it we would not have purchased Buyer beware!

I told him to come get the refrigerator and demanded my money he said all sales are final and I would have seen that if I came to his location, I reminded him that he brought me the refrigerator and that was all sakes final was not on the receipt. I had to demand a receipt from him in the first place. Because I used Zelle I more than likely will have to take him to court! He is a fraud, do not do business with the man! He is unprofessional!

This repair involved not only repairing a large rip, but also unstitching and restitching 16 panels in the skirt and hemming multiple layers of fabric (they moved part of the bottom border to the part of the skirt with the rip to cover it). My skirt had a complicated pattern and was a delicate material, so all of this had to be very carefully and expertly done. My skirt came out looking better than I could have imagined - they are so skillful. The work is very high-quality and at a fair price. Drop-off and pick-up is on Saturdays (limited hours) in downtown Decatur or you can coordinate via text with Barwin to pick up at their home. I'm definitely willing to make the time in my Saturday schedule to go to them because they are that good at what they do. So, I've had my Bissell wet/vac for a long time & it's been with me through thick and thin. so, when it finally gave up that left me cleaning up pet stains by hand with a brush. In a word that "really sucks". so, when my girlfriend found a vacuum repair place near me I was excited to give them a try. Easy drop-off where you can leave a $20 deposit, with that they will diagnose your issue, and if you decide to go with them for the repair that money will go towards the overall bill. They figured out the problem quickly and fixed my issue. I would recommend all day every day come see these people :-) read more
