That level of responsiveness earned them the first 2 stars. The technician, George, repaired my dryer. I wasn't thrilled about the cost of the repair, but I paid it. As a woman, I hate feeling like I may have been taken advantage of. Before he left, I tested the dryer and it seemed to be working. The following week, I washed clothes again and to my surprise the dryer stopped working after about 10 minutes. I called them back and once again received fast, courteous service. They came out the same day--this time within an hour--and it was George again. I appreciated that the same technician returned and that he repaired the dryer at no additional cost. That earned them 2 more stars. For reference, my dryer is only 3 years old.
