It appears I'm not the only person who thinks they are awful. Not sure they are even a real company. They only take payments via cash, cashapp, or Venmo. Credit card charges are an extra $5 fee. One for my mom and one for my wife…read more When I called them about my moms they came out and diagnosed the problem and told me to try unplugging it over night and try it again because that sometimes resets everything and it may not need parts after all. The worked for a few months but the problem came back so they ordered the parts and it works great. They tried to save me money at first. The frig. for my wife had a bad compressor so they gave me an estimate and it would not be practical to spend that much for a 11 year old frig. I looked around for a replacement and it would be over 2 weeks to get it delivered and installed. I went to ACH and they had a new scratched one (I could not even find the scratch until it was pointed out. Even then it went up against the wall so it is unseen.) When I was in there store, another customer came it and told me that these people are honest people to work with. I second that. I do not think he knew what he was doing.
