That level of responsiveness earned them the first 2 stars. The technician, George, repaired my dryer. I wasn't thrilled about the cost of the repair, but I paid it. As a woman, I hate feeling like I may have been taken advantage of. Before he left, I tested the dryer and it seemed to be working. The following week, I washed clothes again and to my surprise the dryer stopped working after about 10 minutes. I called them back and once again received fast, courteous service. Do not use this Man. Douglas K. Monroe came to my home to install a garbage disposal. I have a…read morewritten report from a real professional who advised me that the garbage disposal installed was either after marking or used. Mr. Monroe supplied the warranty company Armis and the company he worked through TARP with a picture and receipt of a garbage disposal however it is not the one he installed in my home. After installing the garbage disposal in my house it leaked water onto my floors I had to use mops and large wash towels I got the water from under my cabinet, I called him and he came immediately, I recorded the entire conversation with him from the time he walked into my doors. He advised me the garbage disposal was installed incorrectly and he had to get a part from Lowe's to correct it and would charge me $70.00 to install. Keep in mind he just installed this disposal the day before. After he left I called an appliance professional that I know and told him what Mr. Douglas Monroe had told me. I added him on a 3-way call with Mr. Monroe and recorded the entire conversation. After Jamar spoke with Mr. MOnroe and let him know that what he was telling me was BS Mr. Monroe agreed to come back with the part he purchased from Lowes and install it for free. He came back to my home and installed the part. I have this recorded and I have the receipt that he got from LOWES with his debit card number on it. He is such a Liar. From November 1 until I noticed water on my floors on November 15, his fix had been leaking under my sink and I had to call another company called Mr. V's Appliance to fix the leak. This technician advised my Warranty company that the garbage disposal was used and could not be fixed and they agreed to purchase a new garbage and pay for this company to install which they did.
