I received a text asking if I needed future services and replied "yes"--no response. I got another text, replied again asking for service within two weeks, and still nothing. I tried calling and left two voicemails, but it's been a week without any follow-up. I've since found another company. I hope everything is okay on your end, but you may want to review your communication process to avoid missing out on potential business. ***Update***They called me right away and acknowledged the technical issue. I appreciate small businesses that take responsibility and make the effort to resolve issues. Thank you! Updating to 5 stars.

He even thought to put coverings down to protect our wood floors from the attic stairs when he pulled them down. No other service technician has ever done that. I was impressed with his care. The only reason for four stars is that this is an appointment that had to be rescheduled because they stood us up for our original appointment. That was not Brandon's fault. He was fantastic.

Thanks so much to Andre and Bea for cleaning my air duct system and dryer vent. It was no easy feat…read moreas my home has 3 stories. Andre talked me through teach step and educated me on my system and how to maintain it. I really appreciated this and see it as an added value because people don't often take the time to help you understand how to maintain your system and the whys behind it. I learned so much. They also took very good care of my home. They were sure to cover furniture when needed and cleaned up after they were done. My favorite part was they didn't try to add anything to my bill and how super kind and considerate they were. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them in the future. I'm already telling my friends and family to give them a ring.

The technician & the office manager both told me the $200 inspection fee would be applied toward any work I had done. After the work was done, the owner of the company (Justin Tarr) told me that he would not honor anything an employee "told me" and that, if I didn't pay the invoice in full, he would file a lien on my property, send me to collections and have his team let themselves into the building and tear out the work they had done. Terrible experience.

Manny and his apprentice were punctual, professional, polite, friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns. They spent at least 90 minutes thoroughly looking over everything brought up in the home inspection, a couple more concerns of our own, and at our request they helped prioritize repairs based on what is most critical for a safe home. They gave us estimates to do all of the work at once, each one on its own, scenarios in between, and explained their financing options. We're also very impressed with Aardvark's owner and the thorough, frequent training of his employees and the fact that his employees seem very happy and proud to work at Aardvark Electric. The person who answers the phone at Aardvark is also always very prompt and cheerful in answering calls. Aardvark really seems to have a great team of people who sincerely care about the service they provide. When we're ready to get these repairs scheduled we will very likely call Aardvark. Thanks again Aardvark Electric!

One day raccoon capture!…read more My husband Andy called on Thursday evening last week because we discovered we had more than a squirrel problem. We had a raccoon problem - living in our attic. Someone came out to inspect the issue on Friday, and a live trap was scheduled to be set on Tuesday. Noe was boasted as our "raccoon whisperer." Indeed! I would want to be in a trap with the treats the raccoon was being offered! Wednesday morning (today), Noe came by right at 8am to check the trap, and our young raccoon was bedding down in the steel trap after having munched everything down. Noe left shortly after that to release him elsewhere. Quick and easy!
