I'm not sure whats happened to this company. Either they have Tripled their prices or theyre discriminating against me. We bought from them a few years ago and for the Price it was good buy. Now we cant get a good answer on what their prices are! The sign says starting at $99 but I was told the lowest was $200 plus, and these were not great looking machines, And there were no price tags on anything which is not good towards transparency. read more

I had a refrigerator emergency and was in immediate need a replacement. I purchased a White Kenmore side by side fridge to be delivered to my home the next day. After a few days of use, the unit stopped cooling properly. A person from App EX came out the next day to repair unit. He was unsuccessful and the unit was still not cooling...App Ex then send a outside 'REAL' refrigerator repairman [he arrived in his own car/ uniform] and repaired the unit- It's cooling well ever since. This place IS affordable and does stand behind their products. Know going in that the limited warranty REQUIRES that you KEEP you receipt....ALSO know once you buy an item they will NOT replace it but the will FIX it. read more

Bought a used washer dryer set in Feb 2015. 60 day warranty. Could not deliver. Washer went out a week later. They sent someone to fix it but he said it was unfixable. Went to store and they exchanged but again would not deliver. I had to rent a Uhaul even though I am less than a mile away from the store. Now today, May 5, 2015, dryer is not heating. 60 day warranty past. $400.00 down the drain. Do not buy from here. read more

Well , I would like to thank you for taking some of your time to share with you A this unusual experience I literally just had . I stop by at Sears outlet on mountain industrial in Tucker to look down a new washer and after my research considering my budget I decided to buy one almost new washer for 700.00 dollars . I brought it home and I plugged it , mmmm!! Surprise, I was broken and very disgusted I took it back and decided to get my money back as well . I just don't understand why they don't test items before they sell them .. on top of the situation they lady" Bridget" was very sarcastic and rude telling me it was probably a screw that was loose and I should have call a technician to addressed the problem . Make sense to someone to call a technician the very next day you buy a washer machine for 700 ? Not to me !! I left that horrible place and headed to look possibly for another place to get a better experience. I considered to repair my "old washer " and I took it to appliance Xpress on jimmy carter and I went over my situation and explained on detail what was going on .. they people there repaired the machine right in front of my eyes at no time at a fraction of the cost for a new one .. great experience to be honest with you . If you are considering to replace your not working appliance, take it to this place and you might have a great experience and save a lot of money .. good luck !! read more

I have bought appliances from this family several times. And I am complete happy with their business.... they have the best deals around and a warranty and if it goes wrong they fix it for almost free. I understand that buying appliances used there is a risk of failure which has happened about twice out of maybe 10 purchases but they cane and fixed it for a reasonably price... I'm very happy with them and would recommend them to everyone... read more

We bought a washer and dryer there a couple weeks ago but the washer doesn't wash and the dryer makes a weird noise. We called them since they have the 2 month guarantee, they said they were coming on Monday but NO ONE SHOWED UP they didn't even call us to cancel. We called her back a couple minutes ago and she had a HORRIBLE attitude my mom basically confirmed if they were really coming tomorrow since we wasted a day today (Time is valuable) and she told my mom to not talk to her like that. I guess that's the service and appliances you get when you want to save money. All I know is if she doesn't send anyone to come repair their appliances we are getting law enforcement involved because they have a guarantee and we deserve respect especially since we decided to spend money there. read more
