Communication was excellent. Texted us a picture of who was coming to the house and kept us abreast of his arrival time. He arrived on time as well. Wiring from house to the fire pit was all of a sudden not working. Dakota troubleshot it very quickly and gave us options to replace the wiring. Dakota was very respectful and efficient and they'll be back to do the work next week! read more

Everyone I interacted with was very kind and professional. The technician arrived early and did a thorough inspection of the electrical equipment in question. I asked for multiple quotes on services and the tech did not try to push or sell me on anything. I really appreciated that. I've worked with independent electricians in the past and while they were cheaper, I was not as confident in the final product. I will use their services for my future electrical needs. read more

Called them for a quote for a home ev charger install. They called me right away and scheduled a visit. Gave me a fair quote and scheduled me for service just 2 days later. Technician Sal did a great job and was very knowledgeable. Would recommend and would call them again first for any electric needs. read more

prompt and courteous. and then the con on the "old dumb lady began". i showed him the 4 outlets that did not work. he switched 2 breakers and told us he replaced with new breakers. my friend laughed at that and said they may have been new to my house but they were not unused.after 3 hours of diagnosing the problem, he informed me that I had 4 outlets that did not work, $394 and no problems solved. said he would send me estimates to repair to repair. almost 2 weeks and no estimate received. guess he is smart enough to know he got his money and better run. i will call my heavenly friend next time and bypass the Darc Angels. i waited 2 weeks to write this so I would be less angry but fr read more

Light switches replacement and other electrical needs. Seemed high on their pricing. But... work was completed quickly and same day.

Had Dakota from Arc Angel do a simple job to change out a dimmer switch to a normal light switch to support a new ceiling gain recently installed. He arrived on time, was pleasant, informed me of the work to be done, provided an estimate and quickly completed to work in a quality manner. Will use and recommend Arc Angel to family and friends in the future! Good job! read more

All quotes received indicated the project is beyond our budget at this time, so we will reassess the project within next year's budget.

We had 4 smoke and co2 alarms installed. They were NOT hardwired and we were charged $994.60. That is $248.66 per unit. Talk about a ripoff cannot find a unit that expensive ANYWHERE. As senior citizens will NOT use them again!!!! read more

$295.00 for less then 30 minutes - they inspected a ceiling fan and installed 2 smoke detectors

Sal was great doing a lot of electrical work for us after we had already moved out of the house. He did it all quickly and properly, unsupervised. I was also impressed with the level of communication, especially since we could not be there in person. Thank you! read more

Great job, they went beyond what was requested. I will definitely use again. Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx read more

My wife and I were blown away by Arc Angel. Mason and Gary took great care of us--giving us a heads up as they were on their way, explained what they were doing throughout, and the attention to detail was amazing. The upgrade to our panel was impressive and they walked us through the new breakers and how to use our EV charger. We are so thankful for their incredible service. read more

Nicest and smartest electicians I have used in the last 20 years! A++ . I have zero reservations in recommending this group.

Sal came to install a Tesla charger. Was absolutely heroic. He found that our home was not grounded and a "hot" ground wire was in the outside meter box that could only be opened by Sawnee EMC. The wire started shooting sparks and smoke out of the meter box and burnt a place on our siding. He waited with us until the electric company came to make sure we were safe. If he had not been there our house may have burned down. And he literally may have saved our lives today. Thank you, Sal!!! read more

I called for an estimate on replacing a ceiling fan that was mounted 18' above my living room. They came out the same day in less than an hour. They gave me the estimate and said that they could install it right then if I wanted. I agreed and in less than 90 minutes they had everything completed and cleaned up. They even hauled away my old ceiling fan! Austin was professional and did a fantastic job on the install! read more

I chose Arc Angel Electric strictly based off the positive reviews I read on this site. I would recommend this company to others as I am completely satisfied with the service I received. The electrician,Mr. Rutledge, found the source of what I thought was my main problem (kitchen, breakfast area and bathroom lights not turning on)and repaired what could be repaired same day (bad switches replaced). He also showed me I have a more serious issue with my electrical box that needs attention soon. He wired my doorbell camera with ease. He answered all my questions with patience even those I repeated for clarity. I will have more work done but I feel I chose a company that will do quality work. read more

I had excellent service from ARC Angel Electric. Joe and his assistant were absolutely perfect gentlemen, as well as trusted experts. On time. Very knowledgable. Explained the issue I was having and how to fix it. They left me feeling safer in my home, and completely satisfied! I will definitely recommend ARC Angel to my friends and family. read more

We had a smoke detector fail and needed a quick response. We received same day service for the job. We have 21ft ceilings where this detector failed and needed a tech with an extra tall ladder. 2 techs showed up on time with the extra tall ladder. They took extra care, moved furniture and were very careful with our home. They did a great job. In setting up the service, the manager I spoke to was very accommodating with information and a ball-park quote. They completed the work within the initial quote which was quite reasonable compared to others I received. I highly recommend Arc Angel. read more

A+++ service, highly recommend. They accommodated a later in the day appointment due to my work schedule which was very much appreciated. Sal, my tech, was extremely knowledgeable and very experienced. He was very professional and was able to troubleshoot my wiring issues (I had several) and fix them in about 45 min. In the future, if I have any other electrical needs I will definitely be reaching back out to Sal at Arc Angel Electric. read more

We needed a wall charger installed in our garage for a new electric vehicle. They guys were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They did not leave until they made sure everything was in proper working order. They even changed a couple outlets while they were here that had gone bad. We've used Arc Angel for over 15 years and will continue to for all of our electrical needs. read more

Professional encounter. Knowledgeable and highly competent service tech. I've had other companies try to sell me products and services that were not needed with high pressure sales tactics. None of that here. I will definitely use again. read more

Salvador gave me a quote for $3,500 to replace a fried breaker box. I had a second opinion come in same day and he told me it was one breaker not the entire box. The second opinion told me any professional electrician would know the same and that I was getting scammed. The fix cost me 10% of Arc Angel's quote. Be very careful out there! read more

I find that the 5 star rating here is the most misplaced of all ratings on Yelp. At the time of many of these 5 star reviews builders were left high and dry by Arc with no one answering the phone, responding to any requests whatsoever. My home was missing 7 ceiling fan remotes found a year later taped together in the attic with left over wires, switches and bulbs...yet they know for a fact they were never here. And that's only the beginning. In the middle of construction they left in August 2020 to complete another home for months.....and did not return until November. They are Awful Angel read more

Arc Angel installed the wiring for an EV Charger in our garage and did an amazing job. The Project Manager, Jake, was professional and did a great job explaining the scope. The work was quality and the cleanup was top notch. They minimized the holes they had to make in my walls and repaired them professionally, making it easy for me to patch and paint. Arc Angel went above and beyond my expectations. I should note that they were having to completely redo some work another contractor had done, so I have a basis for comparison, and there is literally no comparison. Jake and Arc Angel made the other contractor look like sloppy amateurs! read more

On time, polite and straight to business...no sales pitches or additional junk. They ask what you need and dice in for the fix/solution.
