I reached out to Dunn initially through a Google search (after hours) and received an email and text message reply within 24hrs. I appreciate the prompt reply. I called the next day and their phone system used an automated AI response initially, but I was then rerouted and able to speak with a service person. They dispatched a technician, diagnosed my issues, sent quote estimates to my email, followed up with a confirmed booking, and came out within the next day with the proper part to service my broken system. Before the serviceman arrived, I received text updates with pictures of who to expect and with their estimated time of arrival. The communication, timeliness and efficient service provided by Dunn was exceptional. They charge a standard assessment fee which is factored into the overall cost of service. I would recommend Dunn if you're local to their service areas.

Given all the things that had to be done along the way, the manager gave me a good deal on a couple of the other issues that were repaired, which made feel they were very value conscious. Among the firms that I reached out to through Yelp, they were the first on the site and ready to start work. I'd definitely use them again.

He also gave me good information about cleaning frequency and he checked my ducts to make sure they were clean. He was on time and got the job done fairly quickly. The cleaning fluid had a nice lemon scent when the air conditioner came on so it wasn't overpowering. I've also scheduled another appointment and they were very helpful. This is to change out my thermostat and add a halo system.

I was always treated well by Aubrey and he always made me feel like an important customer no matter how little business I've previously done with them. The last job they did for me was a follow up to trying to eliminate a drip sound that could constantly be heard in my bedroom anytime the heat came on. After several attempts, Aubrey felt badly enough that he said he was going to try something so miniscule that it may just work and he said he'd charge me nothing for it since they'd already charged me for a previous visit. Well, they billed me for it anyway....not a big deal being $75 and given that I've paid them thousands over the last few years. However when I called the owner, Phillip, today he could have cared less about past business or future business and simply said that he was certain I was mistaken and I owed the money, as if I'd try to beat them out of $75. I thought I was on candid camera based on the way an owner of a company could have cared less about one of his customers and the lecture he tried to give me about business. It was not worth the headache to fight over $75 but the way they made me feel and the fact that they would not honor a prior commitment was truly an unpleasant experience.
