I had a service appointment to get my washer checked out( I booked through the Whirlpool online portal). Accidentally, I selected the wrong address, so I take total accountability for that. I proceeded to call the company to explain what happened and to see if I could still get serviced( My appointment was from 3-5. I called around 3:40 because I never received a call informing me someone was on the way). The owner explained that the technician was unavailable for the day and that the service would have to be performed the following week. My mom called back to see why if we were still within our allotted service time range, and the owner got an attitude with her and said, 'You've called me four times already and hung up. She called back, and he proceeded to send her to voicemail. My mom and I have very similar numbers, but that's beside the point. It was very unprofessional to yell at a paying customer, and if that's how he handles business, if I were a new customer, I would take my money elsewhere.

They were supposed to pull up the toilet to see what the clog was (I knew my daughter had flushed a tooth brush) and replace the shut off to the toilet. We paid for all of that but the toilet was never pulled up and the shut off was not replaced. We replaced the toilet because they said they pulled it up and there was nothing there and the toilet just needed replaced. When we pulled it up we found the tooth brush. They did refund the entire amount after multiple calls complaining about the lack of work done. There was also items purchased to be put in the tank of toilet and those items have disappeared. Unfortunately used them again for a tankless water heater a few months later. They never return calls. They call to say they are on their way but don't arrive for at least 3 hours. Drag out the job multiple days. Horrible communication. Put dirty items on top of my clean towels I have folded on a shelf in my bathroom. I will absolutely never use them again. I have used this company for years for multiple things around my house but the last 2 calls will the absolute last!

Jonathan responded to our call for help regarding installing a new faucet in the kitchen as well as…read moreremoving the old stuck parts and repairing a damaged piece that we didn't know the name of. We already had our new faucet and parts, and for the new piece, turns out it was the strainer, he asked me to download the home depot app and place my order and offered to pick it up. He pulled out the old pieces, installed the new faucet, and I went to pick up the strainer which he installed and triple checked for any leaks once complete, all in exactly 1 hour. Jonathan was absolutely amazing! The price he charged was incredibly reasonable and a relief for our limited budget: $50/hr for so much work covered. He's also skilled in other jobs too, so we are having him back to install two new light fixtures and convert to LED from fluorescent bulbs. Moreover, he was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Jonathan answered all of my questions about terminology for things in case I have any trouble in the future and described how converting to LED can be as simple as picking up the new LED plastic bulbs. Truly an amazing human and awesome experience, I look forward to working with him again soon!

Called dispatch morning of service and told between 12 and 5. Received notice around 3 that plumber would not be able to come because of previous job. Asked for first available time any date thereafter since I took the whole day off waiting on them. Was told "priority members" get preference and couldn't guarantee a time for me. Would have been good to know that before booking.
