They dispatched a technician, diagnosed my issues, sent quote estimates to my email, followed up with a confirmed booking, and came out within the next day with the proper part to service my broken system. Before the serviceman arrived, I received text updates with pictures of who to expect and with their estimated time of arrival. The communication, timeliness and efficient service provided by Dunn was exceptional. They charge a standard assessment fee which is factored into the overall cost of service. They contacted us promptly after the Request For Quote went out to all contractors in the area, and showed sincere enthusiasm for the work, even though our project was very small (it was to come out to Alabaster to fix a front porch light fixture, which had been ripped off my elderly mother's house by 'porch thieves' who had targeted her). I talked to him extensively about how the dryer wasn't drying properly and he assured me that the duct would be completely cleaned and that he had the tools to confirm. When he left, the dryer still wasn't working properly and he had to come back out to clean the duct again. My time is valuable and I wasn't happy that I had to schedule another appointment for him to come out a second time.
