He knows how to fix or repair just about everything. Jason was responsive, punctual everyday, and accomplished everything with professionalism and strong technical skills. He got everything done in a timely manner and at the price he quoted. He is easy to work with and has a strong work ethic. He loves what he does and it shows in his work. That was enticing when I first called but later realized this was simply offset in the work fee. The work charge came out to $156.00 plus a TFS fee of $14.75 (no idea what a TFS fee is) for a total of $170.75. Assuming drive time of 30 minutes and onsite work of 30 minutes, that hour should have billed out at $75.00 to $100.00.
