This restaurant is truly 5 stars for me! With the aesthetic of the restaurant, incredible service and great food it truly is a winning formula of a 5 star. I have been here twice and had the guacamole, ceviche and street corn as apps and the street corn was the standout to me! So flavorful and tasty, that would be my go to app for this restaurant. For entrees I have had the crispy avocado taco, chicken Al pastor and fish taco. They are all good but the chicken Al pastor is the taco I keep thinking about. You should definitely check this place out but make sure to grab a reservation as this place is busy and does get booked out.

*CELIAC / GLUTEN FREE REVIEW I had a great experience ordering online here! They do not have a specific area on their online ordering via the website that you can make a note about celiac, but when I called in the manager said they would note which items needed to have some extra precaution, and would mark them with a sharpie as GF upon pickup. They were informed about shared grill space and a shared fryer, and offered to cook my items in a separate pan. I got the street corn appetizer ( SO yummy) and the birria tacos, they weren't the best birria ive had but still a nice meal that I did not react to!

Overall ambiance inside was great however i think our servers were in the middle of a shift switch so we had to wait a long time for someone to come check on us/put even our drink order in. Good happy hour menu and the birria taco was good/a good portion size.

Stopped in at Perdida during their Happy Hour, which runs M-F 3-5pm, with both food and drink specials. Decor is a soothing, pastel, beachy vibe. We sat at the bar and had excellent service. Our bartender made sure to check on us before HH was over. The Cali Caliente cocktail wasn't too spicy and the house white was a generous pour. Small bites were also generous, as we were served a regular portion of the mini chile rellenos instead of the HH portion. The guajillo ranch served on the side was very tasty.

I've been here several times and always have a great experience! Whether you're planning a date or a night out with friends, it's best to make a reservation if you want a table. Otherwise, you'll likely end up at the bar, which honestly isn't a bad thing since the space and atmosphere are beautifully designed (it's just a bit louder.) This place is a tried-and-true upscale Mexican restaurant, so expect to spend a little more, but it's completely worth it. I love their margaritas (go for the large, it's worth it) and the birria tacos are incredible. I always enjoy coming here and will keep coming back.

We decided to hit up something new and landed on Perdida. We loved the ambiance when we walked in. We were early but they still accommodated us which was awesome. It was a little cold where we sat near the garage doors but nothing a little cocktail can't help. The trio app and birria tacos were good.

Love perdida. Great food and atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend making a rez but the bar is huge and usually has an open seat.

The service throughout the evening was top-tier--attentive, sharp, and perfectly paced without feeling rushed. While the wine selection is somewhat modest, it covers the basics well enough to find a solid pairing for the food. The menu leans heavily into thoughtful, bold flavors, and every dish I tried hit the mark. Here is a breakdown of the meal: Tostada De Hamachi (Standout Dish): This was easily the highlight of the night. The combination of fresh Japanese hamachi, rich sikil pak, a kick of habanero mayonnaise, and bright naval oranges was absolute perfection. The balance of acidity, creaminess, and fresh fish was flawless. Callo De Hacha Al Horno: Baked Fall River scallops served with a bright serrano ponzu, rich tomato butter, and chives. The delicate sweetness of the scallops held up remarkably well against the savory richness of the tomato butter and the sharp punch of the ponzu. Ceviche De Atun: High-quality bluefin tuna paired with charred avocado, spicy salsa macha, coconut broth, and chive oil. The coconut broth added a velvety, aromatic contrast to the deep, smoky heat of the salsa macha. Pancita Pibil: Rich, succulent heritage pork belly prepared Yucatan style, served over a smooth black bean puree and topped with sharp red pickled onions. A deeply satisfying, hearty end to the lineup that brought a great balance of fat, acid, and earthiness. Alma Fonda Fina is firing on all cylinders. Between the seamless hospitality, the comfortable patio ambiance, and high-impact dishes like the hamachi tostada, it easily earns a glowing recommendation.

This place fills up 60 days in advance, without fail! When we arrived, we were able to get parking about a block away on the street. We were soon greeted and guided to our seats upon walking in. This is a very small restaurant - only a few tables, not many options for big groups, and some bar seating both inside and outside. I can see why the reservations are in such high demand! We were recommended to get 4-5 small plates, so we decided on the Guacamole Alma, Burrito de Frijoles Puerco, Apache en su Jugo, and Enmolada de Pato. We also shared the hibiscus margarita and Mex 75. The drinks came out first - the hibiscus margarita was so refreshing, light and delicious! We weren't as big fans of the Mex 75 - but if you like smoky drinks this is the one for you. The guacamole came out first - it was tangy and tasty. I will say that the other dishes were a lot more unique. The burrito was a standout - we absolutely loved the homemade sourdough tortilla, one of the best we've ever tasted. The chorizo filling was savory and tasty. The Apache en su Jugo was unique and had a lovely flavor - if you are a beef tartare fan this is a wonderful dish to try! The enmolado de pato came out last and we thoroughly enjoyed the mole and flavor. This is definitely worth checking out. I will say as a Houston native we have several restaurants with similar flavors and slightly lower price tags and wait times, so I am a bit spoiled in that regard. But all in all the service is wonderful, it's a pleasure to try so many different and unique dishes, and the joy of snagging a reservation is worth it!

The food was delicious! We got $2 chips and salsa off the happy hour menu and the queso con soyrizo (not on HH menu) which was served with warm tortillas. Honestly we probably didn't need all that because the tacos were so good I could've just filled up on more of the tacos, but still was a great meal! I ordered the lengua, pastor, and taco special (breaded shrimp). They were all so good. Think taco quality of a good street taco spot but with the ambiance of a cute tex mex bar. I grabbed a seat at the bar where the bartender was friendly and engaging. On a recent Wednesday at 7:15, the restaurant was packed. When I left around 8:30, it was still busy. That's usually the best review a restaurant can get. Loyal customers don't keep coming back out of habit. They come back because it feels like home. The all-day happy hour margarita for $9 certainly doesn't hurt. The second one arrives before you've had time to argue yourself out of it. I ordered the enchiladas with carne asada and their house mole. If you're expecting one of those intensely complex moles with enough ingredients to fill a pantry, this isn't that. Adelitas' version is comforting, approachable, and deeply homey. It tastes less like a culinary experiment and more like something your abuela has been making for decades. The carne asada was tender, the rice and beans were exactly what they should be, and every bite reminded me why comfort food never goes out of style. Before leaving, I made the smartest decision of the evening. Tres leches to go. I devoured it later at home while Netflix asked if I was still watching. The cake somehow manages to be light while completely satisfying. Don't skip it. Better yet, don't pretend you're saving it for tomorrow. Adelitas isn't trying to impress you. It's trying to feed you well, welcome you warmly, and send you home happier than when you arrived. Whether your abuela was Mexican...or Greek...you'll understand exactly what they're serving here.

Although some tables were occupied, the restaurant was far from busy. After the receptionist sat us in/at one of the spacious booths, our waitstaff immediately came to us to greet us. Our super attentive waitstaff, Gladys helped us with our needs throughout our quick 1-hour dinner. Thanks, Gladys; your warm smile was sure evidence that we were valued as guests. What we got tonight were: -Spicy Mango Ceviche ($17) -Bean and Cheese Burrito ($9) -Crispy Sweet Potato Tacos ($16) -Brown Sugar Caramel Flan ($9) for to-go If I go ahead and rank them from the best to the least good (LOL) here it is: 1. Crispy Sweet Potato Tacos - Simply exquisite. Vegetarian (possibly vegan) dish which you don't have to compromise your satisfaction or craving. Not only what's inside the tortilla but the tortilla itself was also amazing. It's a corn kind. We have never tasted anything like this before. 2. Spicy Mango Ceviche - Good portion for the price. The spiciness is noticeable but anybody can handle this level of heat. A visible amount of shrimp was evident in it. The mango pieces were diced a bit smaller than what I would want to see and taste but all in all, this is a solid dish as well. 3. Brown Sugar Caramel Flan - I took a bite of it later when we were home. Candidly stating, it wasn't as great as I hoped would be as it somewhat lacked that typical flan flavors. It also wasn't dense enough. It was passable with adequacy and acceptableness is the best way to describe it. 4. Bean and Cheese Burrito - Was my least favorite dish for the night and yet, this too, wasn't a bad dish. If you are vegetarian, then this definitely is one of the safest bets you can choose from the menu. If I am to order this again, however,I will ask for a little modification: add cilantro rice to it. I am pretty sure this should easily be done at a place like Blanco; I have no doubt. The restaurant is spacious in both the main dining area and the bar. The bar was empty except for one solo guest that sat in the center of it.
