I love Peets coffee and black iced tea. The pastries are not very tasty. I like this location but sometimes seating is hard to find.

This location rocks. Every employee I have came across has been the sweetest I can only think of one thats not pleasant but that wont stop me from writing a good review. I am putting this on yelp to hopefully get Peets corporate people to listen to their customers. This happens at all Peets not just at this Dublin place. The wifi is very slow and even their own employees agree. They even have said that Starbucks is better. As a dedicated customer, I would appreciate if the corporate office does something to help the wifi connect be faster otherwise, you will lose your customer who want to sit and enjoy their cup of java and surf the net. read more

I ordered a javiva swirl at this location. When I received it it was just a javiva with just caramel. I proceeded to mention this to the associate he said "it's the swirl it's just blended in more than usual. Come back if it doesn't taste right." Instead of arguing it I just walked away with a drink with no chocolate tasete and very little caramel taste. I'm very dissatisfied. read more

This has to be the best Peet's location! Always made to order, extra hot the way I like :) Friendly atmosphere and service. I always leave anticipating when I will be back for another cup and quiet chat with a buddy! Any place with Wi-Fi and great coffee is a given plus! Very clean too. So I had to knock it down a couple of stars because I discovered the location in Pleasanton a couple months ago and I've been going there ever since. Dublin's still cool, but my office is closer to the one in Pleasanton, and the atmosphere is more friendly at Pleasanton. read more

Very poor experience at this location. Typically come here every Saturday & understand that for some reason, their system has issues with delivering drinks in a timely manner. Ordered today at 10:00am, app quoted 10:35am pickup. Arrive at that time to be told that all 8 people on their list ordered 35 min ago. Fine, I'll wait. End up waiting for an additional 30 min before asking where my drink is, to which I'm told, "It'll be at least another 20 min." Seriously? Almost an hour and a half for a Vanilla Latte?! How can your system be failing so miserably that you can't manage a drink queue? As I mentioned, this location is typically busy, so at some point they need to figure out a way to fix their process. I don't have an hour and a half to wait for a lousy drink & many people in the store were disappointed in the timing as well, asking for refunds. I was number to call for a refund, but it doesn't even pick up. Genuinely ridiculous. read more

I am a regular customer here and have never had bad service till today. Javier was absolutely an asshole. What a fuckin attitude . He can off not even a hello. I am reviewing the Coffee and not this location for the most part. The location is nice, but not the best ever in terms of parking and view while drinking coffee. If you love great coffee, Peet's is the only place to go. You will know immediately if you're going to love Peet's when you drink their coffee of the day. If you enjoy a depth and complexity with a rich bold flavor, then this is the coffee for you. They use the best quality beans of any other chain. read more

Always been a Starbucks girl until a co-worker brought me in just a simple iced vanilla latte from peete's and I've been hooked since then. I only buy peete's for my K-cups now. This particular location is always so inviting, its always busy but every time im greeted with a smile and I have yet to receive bad service. I love the openness of the counters too it really allows the baristas to communicate with the customers better. Parking can be a bit of an issue due to the location specially if you go in around the time the surrounding business open. But other than that the service, coffee and pastries are great. read more

I love Peet's and I have been going to Tassajara Peet's for at least 8 years. FYI, I never go there at 7:30 am or when you can expect a crowd. Sometimes there are folks having a ' meeting ' there and their conversations are a little loud. When they bring in a new person, he/she is a little overwhelmed as you can expect. The above can easily be tolerated, IMO. I have had great experience with Noel. Yes, he doesn't smile much and he's all business. I think he's manager, as well. If you take a step back, he is doing a great job at this store. I love the staff at Peet's. What a great bunch of folks. I am there in the late afternoons getting an iced tea on warm days or hot tea in the winter. There teas are outstanding. I also buy many Peet's Xmas gifts. Everything they sell is top quality. The parking ? meh. Park by Stacey's and avoid the obvious congested spots. A little walk is good read more

This place is great! I get drinks here probably about once a week, but the other day I went to purchase ground coffee, and having never done it before I wasn't sure what to get. Well, I got treated very well, I learned a bunch of things, and walked away with two types of coffee to try out (I got 1/4lb of each) AND a free regular brewed coffee/tea option (I guess if you purchase 1/2 lb or more of ground coffee, you get a free drink - coffee or tea). I regularly buy Black Ties at Peets because they taste like creamy but strong iced coffees that I can't purchase at other chain coffee places (i.e. Starbucks). They are yummy and refreshing ways to get my caffeine fix. HOWEVER, today was my first day purchasing a Black Tie at this particular location. And let me tell you, I will now regularly drive to this location solely because it was the best damn cup of coffee I've ever had. I'm not sure if the recipe changed, but I'm going to go ahead and give credit to the 3 men working behind the counter. Manager of this location- if you read this, give a raise to the 3 dudes working the June 16th 3:30 pm shift. They were not only friendly and hard working during this busy time, but were able to answer several specific questions I had about a few of the drinks with great product knowledge. Easily the best customer service I've had in quite some time while purchasing coffee at any coffee store. Overall, if you haven't tried the Black Tie before, go try it. And if you go to a coffee store, go to this Peets because of the insanely great customer service and amazing coffee you DEFINITELY won't get at any Starbucks. 10/10. read more

My wife and I love PEETS coffees. We get it delivered monthly to our house via one of their "Tours". This coffee shop was nice too. Not much you can say about a coffee shop, but this one is certainly does not disappoint. Friendly staff, got our order details perfectly, including "extra hot", "half normal pumps of mocha", etc. AND I could still taste the coffee flavor in their "fufu" blends. :-) We'll be back on next visit to Dublin. Friendly staff, always aware to address customers if they're running behind, letting them know and acknowledging their presence, unlike a certain other coffee chain who likes to ignore he fact that there is a mile long line piling up. I love that even their flavored coffee drinks still taste like coffee, not like sugary syrup! Peets coffee is so yummy and never has a bitter or burnt taste. It's perfect down to the last sip! My go to favorites are a gold old vanilla latte (hot on a chilly day or iced on a hot day) and a plain old cup of joe, can't go wrong with either. This is by far my favorite chain coffee place. I love this location. The baristas are always warm and friendly, even when there's a line out the door and the energy is frantic. I have always been partial to a plain almond milk latte, at least until a barista convinced me to give the seasonal dark chocolate pumpkin mocha. Wow! This is a great place to hang out, read a book, meet friends, or even work ... Their soy mocha is awesome. They frequently have samples of different types of coffee blends and occasionally I get those for making pour over coffee at home ... Their regular brewed coffee is also fantastic, and of course there is the whole list of specialty and seasonal drinks ... love this place. The Baristas are also very kind and I enjoy chatting with them when they are not too busy helping customers, the place is usually packed. And for a good reason.
