Awesome area with an even better staff. Ordered a tea latte and it tasted fantastic and with the right amount of foam.

Have been there a few times and service was not friendly. I approached the bar to get some sugar and the staff there pretended they didn't see you until I called out. 2 stars for the service and 4 stars for the coffee. read more

I frequent this Peet's location in the morning several times a week. The staff is very friendly although there seems to have been some high turnover lately. I like the coffee drinks better than those at Starbucks, but the biggest issue I have with Peet's is consistency. Depending on who makes your drink, the drink may taste significantly different from day to day. Peet's really needs to increase their barista training to make their customer experience repeatable on every visit no matter the employee or location. This has been something that Starbucks seems to excel at. Tables and chairs are small and good for short visits but not a place I find comfortable spending a significant amount of time in. I've tried to use the free WiFi but have not had much success. Peet's - you have room for improvement but I still love you. read more

I LOVE This store! Staff is Always friendly, courteous, welcoming and very efficient. Joe the manager is so nice and makes you feel at home. The store and bathroom is always clean and organized. And of Course, the Coffee! Peets is the Best! read more

Jorge the barista was very rude he could have used a different tone of voice and choice of words

The team at this location is top notch, probably due to their leadership! WHile they are busy at times, jst like every other pcoffee place, they are always smiling and ready to help however they can. Ask for Nichole if you want the best drink in the place! read more

I used to love coming over on this specific location because the staff was awesome and friendly. Well, that change now, new staff with bad customer service. One specific staff who yelled at me when she couldn't heard my order. So bad! Not coming back anymore! read more

My husband and I frequent Peet's regularly. We live in Livermore and typically go to a location there. That being said we went to this location today as we had just washed our dog over at unleashed and it was convenient. My ice tea had practically no ice, my husband's javiva ice blended was watery with chunks of ice and my mother in law's was also very chunky and watery. This is not how ice blended drinks come out typically. My husband took them back to be remade and the employee argued with him. They made replacement drinks but they were also bad. Additionally the employee that made our drinks looked to have bad hygiene. We will not go back to this location and management should make some changes. read more

Feels like the coffee shop "Where Everybody Knows Your Name". Over the years I've had a few Baristas greet me by name. Today it was Luis and that just made my day! What more can I say? The coffee's great, the seasonal golden latte is my favorite, the shop is perfectly located for me and it exudes just a great vibe. Stop by for a cuppa, just do your thing or simply watch the world go by. You won't be disappointed. read more

As usual worst Cappuccino ever. Cold and milk to the brim. I was the only customer and Barista does not seem to care what she serves. Not coming back to this location. read more

This Pete's is my neighborhood coffee shop so I come here all the time for a quick caffeine fix. The coffee always smells and tastes great. I got my girlfriend a sweetened iced green tea and she remarked that it tasted a lot better/fresher brewed than most cafes. Staff is very friendly also. Great location. read more

Times are changing at Peet's or is every location just a potential new high or low in my life with Peet's? Why is it becoming a role of the coffee dice when enter Peet's lately? I've noticed more lows than highs and this Peet's in Dublin is a joke. My order was botched seriously. The barista was very nonplussed saying, "I don't know if it is decaf. You want a new one?" How can you mess up such a simple order and not even seem to care? It's not busy. There are three people behind the counter, talking among themselves most of the time. Then there's no recompense like in the old days when the barista or clerk would offer the complimentary drink card. Then I use the bathroom and it is like something out of a Third World country. Hey manager. Train your people. This Peet's is a joke. read more

Waited nearly 15 minutes to get my latte here - Barista defensive about my order missing on screen. Think they were very short staffed - I'm sure that was a contributing factor. read more

I find their coffee to be too strong. Recently tried the cocunut latte and it tasted like sunscreen. Didn't finish it. The scones are pretty good though. read more

This Peet's is a little out in the boondocks for me, but the location is calm and clean, so I have no complaints. Last time I was there the service was super speedy and friendly - so points for that! The space is configured nicely with plenty of breathing room - one of the advantages in being in a relatively new development area. I'd frequent this location a bit more if it weren't all the way out in Dublin, but I'm always sure to stop by when I'm out this way. read more

Peet's coffee is always guaranteed to be strong and worth your money. my problem is usually with the store location. this place is walking distance from my house, but i tend to skip it b/c it's full of mommies and kiddies and is so loud! BUT, i went here at 7:30am this morning before work and it was quiet and friendly and bustling with locals. made me realize that i am slob b/c i usually hung out here when unemployed so i was there during daytime work hours when hard-working moms need their coffee. oops! sorry mommies! you deserve to have this place during the day. kids are hard work! read more

I would give it 5 stars because it's Peet's and I love Peet's, but the service is ALWAYS slow here. It doesn't matter if there are 2 people in line or 20 it still takes forever here. Not sure why...other than that, it's Peet's - do I need to say more? Why go to Starbucks when you can have Peet's! read more

I absolutely love Peet's high quality coffee and teas, bohemian feel, and friendly customer service. There is no better cup of coffee in the Bay Area. read more

I hate to give the place this kind of rating as it is my neighborhood coffee shop. But unfortunately, it is what I felt. The service is slow and bad. There were only two people in front of us and we had to wait about 10+ minutes. Finally when it was our turn, the cashier just left and worked on other things without saying anything to us. Not a single friendly greeting like "sorry to have you waiting". Nothing!! Eventually, we were finally served. I asked for the wifi connection although I know the fact that Peet's requires customer to ask for connection password and they only give out password working for one hour. Since I expect this a short stay anyway, I wouldn't mind the time limit. Still, I am wondering what kind of era this is that Peet's cannot just offer free and unlimited wifi to customers. Come on, can you just take a look at how your competitors do business these days? Once we sit down and tried connecting the wifi, it did not work. It was extremely slow and kept dropping connections. What a pity. And you call yourself a coffee shop. Time to upgrade your wifi offering and learn from other business. Not cool at all.. Eventually, we had to leave with such a lousy connection. I guess it is Peet's strategy so that customers will not occupy their seats too long. Thanks a lot. read more

I love Peet's Coffee, just not this particular location. The staff were HORRIBLE! My wife asked for a decaf peppermint mocha, and when the lady yelled out our name for a decaf mocha I let her know politely that she the order was incorrect and had ordered a decaf peppermint mocha. She gave me a bit of attitude at this point and said "okay I'll make you a PEPPERMINT mocha" emphasizing the peppermint part with some attitude. When our drinks were ready, as I went to grab my drink she (again with harsh tone and attitude) said here's your PEPPERMINT mocha. This girl was a hippieish looking girl who obviously hated working there. I was not rude at all and simply wanted what we ordered. I don't need to waste my time at an establishment that is willing to put down their customers with rude undertones. read more

C'mon Peet! No raw sugar at all in this place. Really? That's the way like my morning cup. It's only 9am-Somebody better bust over to Starbucks inside Safeway to borrow their raw sugar like I had to. Hope your closing crew better communicates with the opening crew next time. read more

I visited this Peet's coffee every weekend, but I am very disappointed today with the service from the cashier. I reloaded $20 on my Peet's gift card, and they are supposed to offer a $1 off on my purchase. She said the POS did not show up with the discount. This promotion has been going on for years, and why it is not working today? She did not even bother to go further and ask other staffs to resolve this issue. What kind of service attitude that? Seriously? read more

I love my Peet's Coffee. We usually order a large coffee or a medium jasmine pearl tea to go with the small Blush yogurt. The staff is friendly and efficient. read more

Friendly service. Dropped my pastry and offered to replace it. Zebra mocha - made perfectly!

I think I have received the best customer service in my life at this PEET'S! Finally - a business has it right. They understand that their job is customer service! I actually leave in a better mood than when I arrived - EVERY SINGLE TIME!! The coffee is pretty good too :)) read more

I must start off with, I'm a die hard Peet's coffee fan!! This location is perfect for me because it's close to my daughter's swim lessons. BUT this is the worst coffee shop ever! I have been here a minimum of 5 times since June 16, I only know the date since I teach and it was the last day for me. Every latte that I have had here doesn't taste the same as the lattes at other locations. These suck!!! I'm almost want to get just a shot of espresso next time to see if it is the actual espresso. I'm not sure what the deal is but at other locations the lattes are always FANTASTIC and here they are HORRIFIC. read more

The only reason I gave this place more than one star is because the services was quick and good. I would have given this place only one star because the coffee is burned so bad. It's barely palatable. All 3 drinks I ordered had a burned coffee flavor. I have had coffee at an AM PM that was better than this for way less than $14. Very disappointed. read more

It's incredibly loud in this store, mainly due to the personnel working behind the counter. The only people you can hear are the people chatting on the job, at what seems like painful 80db level (more specifically, the young man and the larger framed woman). If you want to get some work done or read at the shop, I would recommend not coming in here. I hope the manager would talk to their employees and encourage a more professional atmosphere rather than what seems like a high school lunch room or a frat house. As I sit here, I look around the store and observe the reaction of the customers' and I can't help but think thaty they are losing business because of the unprofessionalism of their personnel. read more

I always run into friendly people at Pete's. Great service from the staff and plenty of room to hang out. I really like a strong cup of coffee and this is just the spot for it!! Check it out! read more

Love this place & the employees. Staff members are so chipper in the mornings & my drink is always right! :)

I usually loathe chain coffee but I love Peet's. Bold yet smooth coffee. Service at this location is fine. Parking during peak commute hours can be a little challenging. read more

This review is mainly only for the coffee, since I haven't tried the teas. I've been coming here for the past 11 years. The people working here are always really nice. I like the decor and atmosphere as well. Every time I come here, they're usually a lot of people. About the coffee here, they have a really unique flavor going on. It's different from Starbucks and different from Blue Bottle and Stumptown. I'd describe it as really earthy and sharp. I do have an issue with their fat free milk though unfortunately, but only because I'm partially lactose intolerant (for example, I have no issue with the milk at Blue Bottle or Starbucks). But that's pretty minor to me. So, now I would just get black coffee and put my own milk. Their freddos are also pretty good, because I love the texture of the crushed ice. But because I'm now looking out for my sugar intake and am on a semi-diet, they are a little too sweet for me. They also have a huge tea selection that seems authentic and legit (I say this as someone who's Chinese) which is incredible; they might as well be a tea room. My brother loves the green tea. I haven't tried the teas though unfortunately and will the next time I come here. read more

It's a great alternative to Starbucks! I love their seasonal drinks (pumpkin spice latte and peppermint mocha) and their baked good are really yummy. My favorites are the lowfat pumpkin ginger muffin and low fat peach/berry scone. YUM! The only drawback to this place is how long you have to wait for your drink. It seems to take them quite a long while to get the drink to you. read more

Not at all happy with this place - take a look at the picture to see what was at the bottom of my cup! WTF!! The staff was not very friendly and the restroom was less than clean. For coffee you should choose another location, unless you want to spend $3 for a lousy cup of joe.. read more

This Peet's is by far the best coffee spot in Dublin! They have excellent customer service, they are quick with making your drink, and they connect with & know their customers very well! And she makes the best black tie iced coffees :) I highly recommend this Peet's location, thanks for making my mornings better! read more
