two take out containers of food
    Lori F.

A new stop for us while we were in the area. A fast food restaurant that cooks every order fresh and fast. It seems that a main part of business is take away but they do have a few seats inside. It isn't air conditioned but they do have a fan running. I ordered the General Tso chicken and substituted my egg roll for chicken fingers and they had no problem doing so. I also like extra onions in my rice and again, no problems adding them in. I heard great reviews about their lo mein and so I ordered the vegetable lo mein. I enjoyed the almost smoky flavor that I think is from the Wok? I don't like liquid smoke so u think it wasn't that that they used. The staff were all very nice and I would return when I'm in the area

a plate of food with meat and vegetables

Disappointed. In an entire quart of pepper steak, there were only a handful of SMALL pieces of meat. The rest of the container was onion and a little green pepper. The sauce was super watery. The egg rolls were done nicely but had a weird peppery taste. The wonton soup was pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to order from here again.

General Tso's chicken, egg roll and pork fried rice for $7.75

We came by at dinner time and ordered a combo plates with General Tso's chicken, egg roll and fried rice and pepper steak, lo mein and beef on a stick. The portions are larger than expected and the food is fresh, cooked to order. While eating in the restaurant we saw many people come in for pickup orders. A very good sign!!! The food exceeded our expectations and when we are in the area, we will definitely be back. You won't be disappointed.

I happened to be in that area and Pearl House popped up on a Yelp search so I made a quick stop to fuel up. This is a Chinese American restaurant located in a strip mall; it is a take-out restaurant with limited inside seating. I ordered Szechaun Chicken extra spicy which came with Pork Fried Rice and an Egg-Roll. Either I have a very high tolerance for hot & spicy or the Pearl House has a very low tolerance for puttin the heat to the meat as I could scarcely detect its presence. The flavor of the dish on the other hand was very good; more than satisfying. The pork fried rice was cooked nicely having above average flavor and a smoky note imparted by the hot wok. The egg-roll was a mystery to me while it was crispy it had a strange taste; I only ate half so as not to chance a mishap but I was fine for the rest of the day. I would go back there again if only to solve the egg-roll mystery as I found the taste and flavors of the food very good.

I just moved to the area and hadn't had Chinese food in over a year. Every time I drove by this…read moreplace, it was packed with cars, so I figured it must be good. I ordered chicken fingers and pork fried rice. The price was fair, and the rice was tasty, but the chicken fingers--or sweet and sour chicken--were awful. They tasted like they'd been soaking in oil for a week, not crispy at all, just soggy and gross. I ate them anyway since I hadn't had takeout for dinner in a while and was very hungy , but now I'm feeling sick, like I drank a whole bottle of cooking oil. I won't be going back there again.

Stopped in to place a take out order today and found the place to be very pleasant and more set up…read morefor takeout business. They do have a couple of tables and chairs if you choose to eat in. They do a pretty good takeout business at lunch time given the traffic that came and went while I was there. My order consisted of 3 large orders of chicken fingers, crunchy beef with snow peas (extra spicy), pork mei fun, and pork fried dumplings. While waiting I asked for hot and sour soup. The soup came out in a plastic take out container with a bag of noodles (nice touch) on a serving tray. Nice presentation. But the soup was so hot in temperature that it was near possible to enjoy it and really get the full flavor of it. As I couldn't wait for it to cool down I ate as much of it as I could. It contained slices of pork, mushrooms, small cubes of tofu and the usual things you'd expect to find in the soup. Next time I'll take it to go and by the time I arrive it may cool down enough to enjoy it completely. The large orders of chicken fingers contains about 13 or 14 pieces of chicken, enough to feed a couple of people. The pork dumplings were fried nicely with a good crust and a great flavor of ginger. Definitely a hit. The pork mei fun was okay but seemed to be lacking a lot of pork. Really not much flavor to it. The beef had large pieces of beef which was fairly tender but lacked snow peas. First time I've asked for beef with snow peas and found broccoli (out numbered the snow peas). Not quite what was expected or ordered. Spice level was okay but not what I'd call extra spicy. There was a small container of white rice included along with the usual fortune cookies. And did ask for extra duck sauce and was provided plenty of containers of that. Overall the food was good and there'll be additional visits to try other things on the menu. The chicken fingers were the hit of the show with the people I was with. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
